Sometimes mind + full = your hard disk runneth over. You may want to remove unnecessary files.
Well, cleaning the cup from every bad habbit, bad words, thoughts and action done in life, and not repeating them is not that easyso we've heard the parable of cleaning the cup but honestly the only thought one needs to hold on to is that being merciful, compassionate, isn't that hard to cup one's mind around. for someone to change they are going to need to change their mind, their thinking.

Did not work for meIf you keep pouring truth (clear water) into the false (muddy water) the overflow will slowly clean up the water as it overflows.
