I've learned to appreciate vegetables more than before. I can imagine fasting now and then for health reasons and may give it a go.

In the movie Lord of the Rings: Return of the King, the Ring Wraith said that no man can kill it. Eowyn killed it and she said "I'm no man."

Identity matters.

So I can outrun a greased Scot. I just have to pretend I'm not an animal while doing so.

Indeed. And the Three Weird Sisters told another famous Scotsman, that "none of woman born, shall harm Macbeth."
His nemesis Macduff, however, was "from his mother's womb, untimely ripped." And did him in.
