The International Handball Federation know exactly what is doing, sadly much of the appeal of the women's sport is watching the women running around in skimpy clothing or do you think the massive popularity of the game is about how exciting it is, sex, sales! I believe that this team, if I go by the story alone, has grounds to complain. I think there is an understood contract that the guidelines are meant to insure sufficient covering. Its hard to believe that the federation enforced this with a fine. Rules are supposed to be there to punish problem groups. I hope its not the whole story and that there is a reasonable explanation. Otherwise I hope they are sued into a new hole in the ground.
