Not so much the ' wrong ' side of Heaven to me, but below the heavens and to be right here on Earth.
The Righteous side of biblical hell could also be Earth because biblical hell is just the grave.
The common temporary stone-cold grave for the sleeping dead until Resurrection Day.
( Resurrection Day meaning Jesus' coming Millennium-Long Day of governing over Earth for a thousand years )
Then, the Righteous side of hell/grave will be above grass, right here on Earth. Everlasting life on Earth.
