Contemplating on the oneness of being.

Spirit of Light

Be who ever you want
Yesterday i added a youtube video of knowing yourself. and during the night the message in the book must have been prosessing in my brain :) Because when i woke up this morning i realised that even it seem more clear to me, it also opened new door into unknown wisdom about my existance (new to me)
And that what i thought about existance is more complicated than i could understand before.

Not that i suddenly understand much more. the thing is that many pieces now falling in place and a few aspects of being seem more understanable.

To understand what is already there when one can not see it clearly, has to be the most difficult aspect of knowing oneself

To me, this part of religious practice is maybe the most exciting, to discover what "I am" not :)
To realise that what i thought about my own existance was or is wrong, but in the same time realising that life is only an illusion and that the "I in me" never actually existed at all.

What is it that projecting the "existance" of the being that experience what is seen through the eyes of this being called Conscious thought in RF?

If the truth is oneness with God, who are all this beings that is seen as human beings? are they a part of the same being who write this message? are all beings a projection of God? and how does it actually work?

The time "I" live in now is the most exciting moment of discovery :)

Not sure if this will be of some use:

If my existence is being questioned by myself, i would ask , what am i aside from being a bundle of experiences, memories, and knowledge?

And if "truth" is being questioned, i would ask, is there anything i think to be true that hasn't been acquired from outside?

Thank you for replying @TSTS :) You know every answer given can hold wisdom in a way, so do your answer, the questions you ask here has been something i asked myself too, so i belive i relate to the way you thinking here :)

Thanks and welcome @Conscious thoughts :)

So what would the answers be?

If we start stripping ourselves of what we are not , aren't we going to strip ourselves of everything? Which includes everything we have acquired.....
The answer i would give as a sufi is: everything is a part of God/Allah, what the "I" or "Me" is is only the ego of being, There is nothing "real" except for God, so what the universe and humans are, is a reflection of God, but because of human beings hold on to the self or ego it is very difficult to realise that what we experience is not "ours" or "mine" So there is nothing to hold on to in the physical world.

Then you will forgive me if i point out, that you are speaking from your acquired information. Then you aren't really dropping what you are "not" ( as mentioned in op). If you cannot drop what you are not ( e.g. you are not your acquired beliefs, or, you are not the labels you attach yourself), how will you find out what you are?

This is not only your problem but a problem that concerns humanity. At least that portion of humanity who are concerned with these matters. So don't feel bad.

Somethings to ponder on.

The reason for this is that within "me" there is still part of an ego that has not yet been fully let go of, the wisdom that is required to do so has not yet been realized in aspects of this life.
The lable has been put there by others, according the the belief i hold people see it as sufi wisdom/knowledge, but the word sufi is not needed in it self.

So you are right in one thing, one has to drop both the idea and the notion of both what one "think" one is and what one are not.

To know God one must first know oneself.

1. If you are a oneness of god, "who" is the one learning about god?

2. Who is experience these insights?
(Who must know the self to know God)

3. Once you extract the ego, dropping your identity -the I -, would that make you God if there is no You left to experience god?

From your line of thinking, it makes me wonder if your goal is to be God.

4. Without identity, who are you?

Again your questions are of high value @Unveiled Artist. and they are not easy to answer. and the following answers are not the answers that is the end of this journey, they are only a representation of the current understanding. so there might be fault in this answers

1: Since there is still some form of ego left, it is the physical manifistation that is seen as "me" that still learning, This part of existance that is "me" are in current moment not as the same wisdom level as Allah and thereby it has more to realise before the full unity happens (in my understanding, this happens after the physical body ends,)

2: The one who experiences this insights is the till seperation of the physical being and Allah. The seperation do not see or understand the clear reflection of Allah yet, so it has an physical body in this realm. (i think this is an unclear answer, and need more thoughts before the clear answer can be given)

3: To be honest, i have not yet found the answer to this. (I do not try to be God :) but the unity with God may be the right answer.

4: Without identity one beccome nothing

I commonly hear "me" apart from spirit referred to as the intellect.
Is that what you mean by me?

This went over my head.

What's the difference between:
the one, physical being, your identity (nothing), ego, and reflection (of Allah)?

It's a bit unclear. I'm not familiar with mysticism. I had to look up a lot of words to get how religious use it in context of their religion. It wasn't easy.

3: To be honest, i have not yet found the answer to this. (I do not try to be God :) but the unity with God may be the right answer.

What helped me with some of this (from my perspective) is to associate certain words with clear concrete ones. It gives my intellect something to grapple at. Once I get that, then I can retranslate it back to the mystics if appropriate.

4: Without identity one beccome nothing

But you said way back when that you no longer identified with your culture, label, me, or I (your ego).

Is your goal to be nothing? (In other words, is nothing a reflection of Allah?)

1: Me in this setting would be the body and mind that people call by a name (in RF the me is Consious thoughts) But on a deeper level there is no me.

Refelction of Allah is to act, speak and think fully as Allah would do (pefrect action, speech and thoughts)
Probably the answer here will become more refined when the wisdom become deeper

2: The physical being is the you see in this dimension called physical world. (the real being or spirit is not in this physical world) Sorry i went over your head. i did not know fully how to explain, since most of this is on a level of thoughts and not on paper yet (maybe i write a book one day)

3: A lot of the pondering within the mystic path falls apart as soon one tries to explain it with words, because words can not explain the experience in the right way. and since my journey just started there is a lot of info that still has to be understood and thereby the answer may not reflect the wanted way when written here.

I think that's why many artists (writers, painters, musicians, dance, etc) use art to describe their mystical experiences. For example, poetry says a lot that can't be described as a textbook would. I'm sure you've seen different paintings that would be confusing from an onlooker but makes so much since to the artist.

Instead of thinking words from an intellectual perspective (i.e. trying to define mystics like a textbook), do it in a creative artists perspective. Nothing wrong with words (imo), it just takes a lot of thought to get rid of thinking of words as a fixed being. I love creativity but not really good at painting and drawing. I haven't wrote a good poem in years. Though, if you're an art person that may help sort some things out. It's fun to be mystic and abstract, but that could lead to spiritual ego=if it's abstract, it must be spiritual. If it can be explained, it's not.

@Unveiled Artist, you just gave me an idea to make a series of painting with sufi related wisdom in them :)
Thank you
