I used to be so good at it. I was the best. It's probably middle age. But I wanna do it again. I want some of that old glory again. What should I do?

Um...
I would suggest :

Pick a topic you want to debate about
start a thread in a debates sub-forum about said topic.
Wait for a reply in said thread.

Probably wait till you reincarnate again, and make sure not to wait with debating till you reach middle age

It can be difficult to stay firm for prologned master debating sessions. What I suggest is a change of scenery. Me and my partner were able to reignite our spark by seeking out large groups to do it with, often in public. Indeed, I feel everyone can be improved by a good mass debate.
