I'm strange?

Spiritual but not religious, new age and omnist
That is what Baha'is believe, and that is why we say we believe in all the different religions.
But you wrote:

God is okay with people having different religions, at least for now.

I believe that eventually the religions will unite under one common banner because that is what God has ordained, and what God ordains always comes to pass eventually.... Even if I liked the idea of having many religions forever, how could I know more than God about what is best for humanity as a whole?

I believe that people of all the different religions will unite voluntarily, because they will chose to, knowing that is in humanity's best interest. People will no longer be selfish, wanting to cling to their own religion just because they like it better. We cannot imagine what that day will be like now because it is so far in the future, and people will be very different by then, much more spiritually-minded.

You are not strange. I think that you are ahead of your time.

God intentionally separated the races and made vast language barriers (all this at the Tower of Babel).

I think that the goal was to train us to be sufficiently humble to accept everyone (as God considers all to be his children), and accept that each religion has but a part of the whole (one would have to learn many religions to piece together God's total message).

God was hoping that some day someone would come along with sufficient maturity to get along with other races and share knowledge of bibles and knowledge of God.

OK.
Then if you seek a title for your beliefs, maybe Baha'i would fit, because Bahá'ís accept all Abrahamic religions.

Easy. Ask Bahá'ís on here. Try @adrian009 or @loverofhumanity

Hi Old Badger. How are you? Have you had your covid shots yet? We had our flu shot the other day and have to wait till the end of June to get our first covid shot. We started to go out a bit more as our area has always been covid free. Take care and catch up with you again.

Is that logically possible?
Baha'is say they believe the Bible and Quran and etc but in reality they do not.

What? Have a look at my Kindle library. I have dozens of Bibles and Qurans that cost $100’s to buy. These Holy Books are the heart and soul of my belief.

I can not become a Bahai. Because I do not believe everything they believe in. For example, I believe that God wants people to have different religions. So God has one covenant with Jews, another covenant with Christians, another covenant with the followers of the Baha'i faith.

I believe God sends holy souls to different cultures to teach us to worship God, and to love one another. I do not believe Bahai is the latest religion from God. I believe only Baha'is are one of the religions of God. The followers of the Baha'i faith believe Baha'i is the latest relgion from God. I disagree with this.

You are a shining light and an inspiration. There’s nothing more precious to me than to come across such a person who sees truth in all religions and that their purpose is to teach us to worship God and love one another.

My hope is that there will be billions like you so we can finally have peace on earth without all the needless competition between Faiths as they are all true and none are superior.

I have prayed and meditated in Christian churches, Buddhist pagodas, Hindu temples, Muslim Mosques and Jewish synagogues and I found truth and loving people in all of them. For me personally, why have only one religion when I can have them all? When I read the Bhagavad-Gita or Bible, Quran and Buddhist texts I see only truth. And I love them all. Reading your posts was most refreshing. Thank you.

No offense, but you actually believe in nothing.

One cannot "believe" in any Faith AND simultaneously "believe" in another Faith that completely contradicts or cancels out the first. That's logically incoherent.

Baha'is do believe in the Bible and the Quran

"Believe" in what way?

The Bible says Jesus is God-made-flesh, the Savior of humanity.
The Quran says Jesus was a prophet, but not God-made-flesh.

So which is it?

One CANNOT logically believe two things that factually cancel each other out.

Not true. I believe in all of them as they are all from the same God and connected to each other.

Again, that's not really logical.

If they are ALL from the same God, why are they contradictory?

Why would God say to His people "This is the path to Me," but then tell other people something completely different?

What do you know of other religions? I ask this because many consider they have a right to judge other religions without having read even a single verse of their scripture.

Krishna said thousands of years before Christ.

Gita 10:32

Of all creations I am the beginning and the end and also the middle, O Arjuna.

Look at Them like the Sun. It appears 7 days but it is the same one sun. The various Prophets gave different social laws for the age and people but the spiritual truths are the same in all religions.

All religions not just Christianity expect a Saviour or Messiah in the Last Days. I am saying that the Promised One of all religions is come.

One can choose to believe in the Easter Bunny or that magical Faeries inhabit their backyard gardens...But that doesn't make that belief logical or factual.

A "faith" that "embraces all other faiths" is NOT a Faith; it's merely something one believes. It doesn't really mean anything. It has no basis in historical or scientific fact.

I think the optimal word that one needs to explore in regards to ANY faith is the following:

a·pol·o·get·ics
/əˌpäləˈjediks/

noun
  1. reasoned arguments or writings in justification of something, typically a theory or religious doctrine.
Krishna said something that seems wise? OK...So what? Lots of people say wise things. That doesn't make them or their pronouncements devine.

Spiritual truths are NOT the same for all religions. That's simply false. Buddhism does not preach an afterlife. Neither Christianity nor Islam nor Judaism believe in reincarnation, or "karma." And not all religions preach about a messiah.

You aske me what do i know about other religions?

What do you know..?

There is nothing logical about a Faith they teaches that there is only one way to God, through Jesus.
A "faith" that "embraces all other faiths" is NOT a Faith; it's merely something one believes. It doesn't really mean anything. It has no basis in historical or scientific fact.
How do you know that a "faith" that "embraces all other faiths" is NOT a Faith, do you know anything about such a Faith?
Christianity is merely something one believes. It doesn't really mean anything. It has no basis in historical or scientific fact.
