Blood clots

Don't shoot the messager

My friend got her vaccine. She didn't get johnson and johnson cause they were talking of blood clots. I didn't read the whole thing but just be mindful what you choose to get.

Coronavirus Disease 2019

I think most side effects I looked up are mild. This one is a big one.

Not here to debate. Assumptions aren't facts.

Six in six million? Do they think that the vaccine is the cause?

If you catch COVID, there is more chance you will get a blood clot because of it than if you had the jab.

The incidence of blood clots for the J&J vaccine is the same as flying and other normal activities. I don't know why it's become such a big deal.

Media. They make everything a big deal. Though, what would happen if CDC said "oh, this is no big deal. It's only 6 out of a million?" Shouldn't the public be just as concerned as the professionals?

From what I see, some professionals are engaged in a CYA exercise.

Yeah I’m getting the Pfizer. It’s the recommended one for those under 50 after the clot issue surfaced with our other one being distributed. I’ve forgotten what it’s called now. Damn. Starts with an “A” lol

I haven't heard anything about the Pfizer and Moderna other than side affects like fever, but that's with near any treatment. My meds cause fever and some possible death (they list everything in the book) but usually for those first getting it or when they're at a certain age to get that rare consequence. How did you choose which one was best?

Well it was government recommendation, actually. We have two main vaccines being rolled out at the moment (very poorly, imho.) Pfizer, which I think comes from Italy but don’t quote me on that. Or was it the Italian one we didn’t secure? Damn the news has been a jumble in my head about this lol
And AstraZenea (sp?) At first this one was recommended to those under 50. Not sure why, but that was apparently based on advice from health experts so whatevs.
Then the blood clot issue surfaced with it in the intended age bracket. So advice changed to those under 50 to go for the Pfizer instead. I suspect everyone will try for Pfizer now regardless of age lol

One person out of 6,000,000 who got the J&J died from the vaccine.
566,000 unvaccinated people out of 300,000,000 people got Covid and died. That's 1 in 530.

Now, lessee, which of those two odds are better - Hmm.

The CDC screwed up. They should not have stopped the J&J.
