Good Evening,
I'm new to this forum so I decided to show some respect to the ones that have been here for a while by introducing myself. I am born and raised in Mississippi so I started off life as a Christian since that was the religion my family associated with. I grew up in a black neighborhood so all I saw was church after church after church based on Christian views. Once I left college, college I started to question Christianity to the point I left the religion and started associating myself with the Agnostic umbrella. During that time, I started to do some research on religions that associated with the black community outside of the Christian tradition. I researched everything from the Nation of Islam to the Nation of Gods and Earths (5 Percenters) to Hebrew Israelites and Moors. After doing some searching I finally decided that I would practice the way of Kemetic Spirituality and have been doing that for some time now. While practicing Kemetic Spirituality, I still have a thirst for knowledge regarding all of the other religions of the world and came to realize that I have view points that I agree with in books such as the Quran and Bible. This is why I like to say that my official title is a Kemetic-Omnist. Hope to learn a lot of good things from the members of this board.
