So sorry to hear that @atanu ...my cousin in England and her whole family have had it. She was the only one needing hospitalization...she too is still having ongoing breathing difficulties.Got me and wifey both since 20.3. Hospitalised since 25.3.2021. Lungs affected badly — on Remdesivir and antibiotics.
Hoping for a speedy recovery and no lasting damage....

Dear friends I thank you all on behalf of both of us, for your good wishes. Here is a small update.
I was detected with Covid on 20.3.21 and wife 3 days later —both with highest viral loads. As wife has CLL, doctors recommended immediate hospitalisation.
I was taking oral antibiotics at home but had temperature without manifest cough cold. There was however chest pains. HR CT came clean.
Wife’s HR CT showed some ground glass opacity.
We joined hospital on 25.3. Wife was started on Remdesivir and antibiotics immediately. She did not develop temperature.
Wife (name Lucky) is now better. She was taken off IV a few days back, after 5 days of antibiotics and Remdesivir and is on oral antibiotics. She has some cold cough. She had a score 2 out of 24–low Covid score.
My case became involved. At hospital, initially they started with 2 antibiotics IV. After 4-5 days the temperature kept on increasing. On 5th day they started Remdesivir after an x ray. After 5 days of Remdesivir and antibiotics, a HR CT was done. It shown 5-25% ground glass opacity in lungs. A score of 8 out of 24 was assigned for the extent of Covid.
Now I am on another 5 days of Remdesivir and antibiotics through IV. No temperature for the last 4-5 days.
Barring some moments of depression and panic, overall, the period has been relaxing, having handed over self to doctors.
Became anxious about two daughters at home. They came out negative. It was a relief.

Yeah. Both of us got discharged today. I am negative. Wife's RTPCR result will come tomorrow. On being asked by wife, the doctor said "If negative valentine, else quarantine."
Truly feeling light again, as if a load is gone -- a karma fulfilled. Saved by timely intervention of doctor/s. It was a nightmare. Wife caught it second time after being free of COVId for about seven days. She got severe lungs infection and it took time to get her back to normal. We spent 25 days in the hospital.
