I don't believe in the supernatural, yet for some reason I'm reluctant to use a Ouija board. Has anyone ever engaged one and gotten a result that is truly inexplicable?

We threw ours in the garbage can when we accepted Jesus.I don't believe in the supernatural, yet for some reason I'm reluctant to use a Ouija board. Has anyone ever engaged one and gotten a result that is truly inexplicable?
But did you get any results from it before that?We threw ours in the garbage can when we accepted Jesus.
LOL no!
Yes, once. I was told my wife would be "Mary", and that I did not know her at the time. I wrote this down at the time, when I was about 12.
about eight years later, I met and then married Mary.
Did anybody document that, just out of curiosity? No. But while I was in the mental hospital a few of the patients made a spirit board and used it. On one of their arms there was an imprint of a hand that formed when they started using into.
I too had an experience before I took my Christianity seriously. I had no idea that ouija boards were a means of communication with demons.....I had been told by my grandmother that it was a means of communicating with spirits of the dead. I had nothing to fear from the dead and only expected good things to come from the experience.
Nana brought out her ouija board and we all sat around the table asking the spirits questions.....among other things, they told us simply...."September 8th". We had no idea what it meant because there was no explanation and we all laughed at what might happen on the date that was looming in a few months time.
We thought little more about it until a horrible day that I will never forget. My father had a massive heart attack and died instantly right beside me.....it wasn't until we had to write down the date that we realized it was the 8th of September.
We consequently burned the ouija board....and I learned later during my Bible studies that all forms of spiritism are forbidden by God because of their demonic origins. (Deuteronomy 19:10-12)
Anyone who's used a ouija board knows that they're breathtakingly simple to control. Of course, if you ever admit it, you won't be invited again, but the fact remains. Way back when we used to have seances now and then, I was at a table where another woman and I realized we were both doing it, and fell into an unspoken cooperation. Although I never saw anyone do anything nasty, like predict a death or accident &c, it would be simple to do so.I don't believe in the supernatural, yet for some reason I'm reluctant to use a Ouija board. I think you're right and yet for some reason I can't bring myself to try one. Silly, isn't it?Anyone who's used a ouija board knows that they're breathtakingly simple to control. The chances of dying on a specific day and month are 1:365.25 close enough, or about 3:1100. Enough ouija board readings and they'll come true at something like that rate.
My sister played with one and had a blast. Results?I don't believe in the supernatural, yet for some reason I'm reluctant to use a Ouija board. Has anyone ever engaged one and gotten a result that is truly inexplicable?
That can happen. Just leave the idea in there and let it get some bottle age; and one day you may open it.I think you're right and yet for some reason I can't bring myself to try one. Silly, isn't it?
Nope. I wasnt even watching them so for all I know they could've made the marks themself.Did anybody document that, just out of curiosity?
