But how would you know if it reveals itself?

How can you tell (or what criteria would you and atheists use) to know whether or not god reveals itself?

"God doesn't exist because we have sick children" (my words) doesn't mean anything. If god was a foreign term, then I can see it. Since it has definitions, there is too many to figure what you talk about.

The gods problem, not mine. Any god who does not know how to reveal them selves is no god worth the name of god

If all children were cured all of the sudden, would you guys believe that's god or would you have specific criteria to determine it so?

You are still putting this on the human, wassup, don't you think a god would have the intelligence to prove themselves ?

You need to work on your listening skills since I did not say nor imply that.

Unfortunately this sort of question does imply that your version of god may be immoral. A person that understood how a god acting in that way would be immoral would not need to ask.
Okay.

What is your suggestion? What should God do to make you believe in ? Please put that in some clear words to understand.

Okay. If it does reveal itself, how would you know?

What criteria would you use to know if its god that, say, cured all children or get rid of death or so have you?

(i.e. Christians say they experience god and know it exists by what they experience-and that bias lets them see god everywhere. However, many atheist do not find this criteria useful. So what -do- they accept as god who should be here to cure the world?)

So either God doesn't exist or God doesn't care
What should God do to make to believe that he really cares and is already trying his level best ?

Or what makes you think that God isn’t trying his level best ?

Or what makes you think that you cannot deny his existence if would have really cared to prove his existence ?

It depends on what god is and its nature. I was never raised with knowing what a god is; so, to use it as a concept (outside of what I learned on RF) would be near to impossible.

In order to make sense of this question, I would have to have some idea what you're speaking of. Since this is a question you've asked, I'd assume you'd know more of what you're asking than I would.

Many atheist on RF had christian experiences where upbringing or otherwise. So, like christians, it's easier (in my opinion) to speak of god the way christians do. If you're speaking to someone who does not have that background (there are many surprisingly), they'd look at christians and atheist funny wondering what in the world are they talking about.

You know it's funny. If God did appear to you, people would say you had a psychotic episode and lock you up. There's no winning for God.

I think if someone showed up and did the kinds of things gods are described as doing in, say, the classic Greek myths, it would be difficult to deny they are either gods or extremely godlike. If you find someone who can hurl lightning bolts out of their hands, instantaneously transform themselves into a bird or other animal on command, and cannot be killed, tell them to come knock on my door.
