Time is said to be the result of measurement.

Therefore

Reality is the result of measurement.

Reality can be observed, measured. Time, the human concept of time is a human construct. That construct is measured in an arbitrary way, often using a watch/clock, divisions of which are also arbitrary

Then we have the arrow of time, a completely different thing which exists in reality and can be precisely measured, albeit using the arbitrary idea of human time to record the results.

To brief to coherent. 'Time is not said to be the result of measurement.' You are asserting that. We put measurements on our physical existence for our efforts to understand it.

Time existed before humans existed, and any attempt of humans to measure it.
