Music genre question

I was hoping for an objective response rather than an aesthetic judgment
"Genre" is not an "objective response", to me. It's a box full of old subjective presumptions that we throw things in after-the-fact. So let's look at what this IS, first. And what it is, to me, is just bad filler "music". And by bad I mean disconnected, inarticulate, and pointless.

I'm looking to follow up on this snippet so just wanted the label, not a philosophical debate. That was the point of the thread.

I'm no expert on muscial genre but I can definitely hear that snippet fitting into a modern RnB track or a hip hop number from the beat.
