Joe Biden violates his own mask mandate

ecco

Later on the very same day he went to the Lincoln Memorial, which is Federal property and did not wear a mask.

Last night I did some channel flipping.

CNN had a discussion about the seriousness of the pandemic and what is being done about by the Biden administration.

Fox's Laura Ingraham had a few people ranting about Biden not wearing a mask at the Lincoln Memorial.

Small minds must always find something to pick at.

On Wednesday President Biden issued an Executive Order requiring all person on Federal property to wear a mask. Later on the very same day he went to the Lincoln Memorial, which is Federal property and did not wear a mask.

On the same visit his grandchildren who were with him posed without masks.
Nope, he did not violate it.

Section 1. Policy. It is the policy of my Administration to halt the spread of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) by relying on the best available data and science-based public health measures. Such measures include wearing masks when around others, physical distancing, and other related precautions recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Put simply, masks and other public health measures reduce the spread of the disease, particularly when communities make widespread use of such measures, and thus save lives.

Executive Order on Protecting the Federal Workforce and Requiring Mask-Wearing | The White House
I wonder what the "recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)" is...

Masks may not be necessary when you are outside by yourself away from others, or with other people who live in your household. However, some localities may have mask mandates while out in public, please check for the rules in your locality.

Considering that you two have worshiped a morally bankrupt buffoon for the last four years, are either of you really in a position to make such judgement?
I have never “worshiped” Trump. Don’t even really like him, though I don’t personally know him, he has displayed plenty of behavior I dislike. I will admit I’m not filled with chronic, irrational hate that so many seem to be.

I think you mistake irrational hate for rational judgement - given that so many outside of America see much the same in him - whether it is his personality and behaviour or his decision-making.

The irrational hate and irrationality in genera, has largely been demonstrated by Trump and his supporters.
The impeachment of trump will be heard in the sennet in February.

My impression is that Trump is widely disliked outside the US, partly because he alienated many allies.
I'm sure that is true but one can't mistake a nasty, obnoxious individual when one sees one - not if one has a shred of decency within. And perhaps because many are just not so endeared to the Right or bullish leaders (apart from those who have such leaders too - but I doubt they all are joyful in such), even if they also are not endeared to the Left.

I agree, Trump is thoroughly obnoxious. But why don't Trump supporters recognise this?

Allegiance to the Republicans? Such that they can still ignore his faults if he goes roughly in the direction they want. I found this rather difficult with Corbyn, even though I would never vote Tory, and Corbyn being a much less objectionable person than Trump. Almost the opposite in fact.

Trump seems to have a cult-like following, that's the bit I find strange.

I suppose. There are some weird people around. :D Perhaps they have strange concepts as to what a leader should be, especially when he appears so foolish in public, but perhaps not to them.

Really? I’ve only seen constant hate from the left since day one of Trump’s presidency. I don’t even like him and have considered him arrogant and prideful, but the hate toward him has been unprecedented and unlike anything I’ve seen before.
Maybe they are overly patriotic and idolize the guy way too much but, I never saw Trump supporters do anything like this toward those they oppose:

Well, this seems like irrational hate to me:
Kathy Griffin holds up Donald Trump's decapitated head in new photo shoot

Along, with the fact that the media news reporters could not seem to detach from their personal hatred and simply report the news. I mean even if they hated Trump, at least they could objectively report some of the positive policies he implemented instead of ignoring or twisting everything.
He probably wasn’t liked outside of America because he stood against globalization to a certain degree and didn’t follow the intended plan of the corporate monopolies.
