in recent discussion I noticed

participants here would not know a Catholic if he slapped your face

so......where do YOU draw the line?

I've seldom been slapped in the face. I think if I was slapped in the face, my last thoughts would be to ponder their religious affiliation.

Actually, I've been punched in the head by a Catholic(on numerous occasions), but he wasn't practicing at the time. I don't believe his actions reflected upon other Catholics, practicing or not.

Maybe that's what Jesus was drawing in the sand when he was with the adulterous woman?
My favourite story about him, actually.

But the whole point about that story, actually, is that Jesus does NOT draw a line, in terms of judgment. "Neither do I condemn you: go and sin no more."

You know, it was on the tip of my fingers to type that, but I didn't want to intrude. I'm sorry to hear it.

Its okay. :) It was a long time ago, and I think in the long run it hurt him a lot worse than me.
