Things you can control

Greetings fellow earthlings!

I hope you are enjoying your day so far and if not I hope things improve real soon.

What can you control?

The last year or so has shown us we can't control quite a few things.

That can be VERY frustrating if you dwell on all the things that are effectively beyond your control.

So I found this article you may read - a list of things you can control - from a site I visit regularly - check-out their menus - hours of fun if you have the time!

50 Things You Can Control Right Now

Now of course some of you may not agree that some of these things are within your control.

That's cool - we don't have to agree on everything but I found the list useful and much food-for-thought.

Enjoy your day!

:)

I'm far from religious but I found one prayer that even speaks to me (and the topic), the so called Serenity Prayer:

[Oh, lord,]
give me the power to change the things I can change,
the patience to endure the things I can't change
and the wisdom to discern between the two.

And I'll add a question I find important to contemplate every now and then:

Who's problem is that?

Too often I (and other people) try to solve other peoples problems and/or try to get other people to solve our own problems.
