Just wait for another billion years. It is stated to change (in such a way that it will make life impossible on Earth), though it will still not be a red-dwarf.
The minutes dusty particles are stars and nebulas and the bigger particles moving across the scene are planets. And the scratch lines that we see are meteor showers.

There is a bright white object which appears sometimes going right to left and sometimes left to right. It first appears at around 33 seconds in, goes left 2 or 3 times, then goes right at around minute 1:07. What is it?
Either a planet or a comet.

Could be Uncle Zeus, Brihaspati, Jupiter. He is the largest, the biggest.

Nope. For SOHO (which is positioned at the L1 point of earth and the sun) to see it before and behind the sun it has to be inside earth's radius. Another hint is the relative speed. (It crosses the visual field in about 5 days.)
One would have to look up some stats but I think it's Venus.
