James Randi, a noted magician, escape artist, and religious skeptic, has passed away.

He was 92 years old and dies from 'age related' causes.

He will be missed.

Seriously though, he was a good yin. The looks on the faces of people he exposed as frauds in front of televised audiences should be enough in itself to get him into heaven.

My favorite debunking by Randi was the exposure of con man evangelist Peter Popoff and his con woman wife as they tried to rip off all the suckers who came to see him and gave him money. They were using concealed wireless earpieces where his wife read off information and relayed it to Popoff.

I always enjoyed him, and I like Dawkins a lot as well (possibly more even), though both people seem like nice people with good intentions mainly.

Totally true, I think when they are attention seekers, they better dang not chicken out when they are put under the important testing and verifying conditions, and the fact that these people can't do it under those conditions really should be a red flag about their so-called abilities!
