I have been falling asleep while listening to lectures on YouTube lately. I don't know whether it's an algorithm that keeps track of my viewing habits, but when I wake up there is usually a long music track playing. As frightening as that might sound, I'm really not bothered by it. Todays music was actually kind of nice...

For those suffering from acute tinnitus and have difficulty in sleeping, there are lots sound vids on youtube. I sometimes use these.

Not a problem for me. I do dream more when I leave YouTube running as I sleep. 9 out of 10 I don't remember the dreams, only that I was dreaming.
