I know and practice this already for many years. Works great. Good to read that what Sai Baba told me to do, is now backed up by science.

Studies by other research teams have shown that cancer tumour growth can be slowed or prevented by 'starving' cancer cells of amino acids. Scientists believe that depriving cancer cells of amino acids, for example through fasting or through special diets lacking in protein, may be viable ways to treat cancer.

I know and practice this already for many years. Works great. Good to read that what Sai Baba told me to do, is now backed up by science.

I have considered that the yearly fast given by the Messengers, also has great beneficial implication to our material health, while helping cleanse our spiritual selves.

There will be a tine when diet will allow us to do away with many cancers. Moral modesty, will also help us with skin cancers.

Somewhat less significant than a medical discovery but potentially still very beneficial are the recent battery improvements announced by Tesla which may price out gas engines in small cars within five years. Its good news for greener energy and people who want to get our hands on powerful electric engines. (Imagine what they could do in a go-cart.)

My uncle and cousin used to race gocarts for many a year. I had some fun times in my Uncles, that had twin motors. Amazing speed so close to the ground.
