Advice from the world's happiest man!

Geoff-Allen

Resident megalomaniac
Greetings to anyone curious enough to click on this little thread of mine ...

I bet some of you may be unfamiliar with Matthieu Ricard, who has been called the world's happiest man - try google if you are curious to know more about why he has acquired that title - even though he himself scoffs at it good-naturedly and says plenty of people are at least as happy as he is!

Here's one article -

A 69-year-old monk who scientists call the 'world's happiest man' says the secret to being happy takes just 15 minutes per day

You can also read a few quotes - I recommend his books too - much prefer to read a hard-copy than off a computer screen ...

Nice quote.
I find that allowing, even a small amount of time, for meditation each day can makes a big difference to one's state of being.
It takes little effort to just sit down for a while.

Cheers.
