No matter who the president is in the USA, they will do the same thing the men in black behind them command them to do. I remember Trump saying they will get the American troops back home, leave Syria and Iraq. But Trump sent more soldiers abroad, tried to topple Syrian and Venezuelan Leaders and etc. Same goes for Biden. If he were to be elected, he would later make a u turn and continue the same agenda.
