I care about what we voted for and giving the EU sovereignty over anything of ours is certainly not one of them, macron the new de gaulle is a die hard wanting the harshest exit for us,I feel sorry for the french,he can't deal with his own countries **** either.
No one has ever explained to me how we will be better off. Just generalities like "Get our sovereignty back", " Control our borders" and ""Make our own laws" - but no examples of how this will actually be in the real world.
All I see is companies leaving, more immigration, reduced environmental and food laws, and trading with despot nations. Please tell me I'm wrong...

Here are the sticking points, these can be found on the government website.

Fishing:

What the political declaration says

71. The Parties should cooperate bilaterally and internationally to ensure fishing at sustainable levels, promote resource conservation, and foster a clean, healthy and productive marine environment, noting that the United Kingdom will be an independent coastal state.

Note "an independent coastal state",the EU want us to stay in the common fisheries we don't,they want to call the shots, they can get lost.

ECJ jurisdiction:

131. The Parties indicate that should a dispute raise a question of interpretation of provisions or concepts of Union law, which may also be indicated by either Party, the arbitration panel should refer the question to the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) as the sole arbiter of Union law, for a binding ruling as regards the interpretation of Union law.

Conversely, there should be no reference to the CJEU where a dispute does not raise such a question.

The ECJ have jurisdiction over EU law, unreasonably they want it over us regardless of us being outside of the EU,this unreasonable behaviour by the EU is the problem.

we will be free to be a trading nation again.

Yeah cos we've not been trading all these years have we. It would be funny except we all have to live with the consequences of all these lies, ignorance and general stupidity. Is the deal with Liechtenstein sewn up yet, I recall the government spokesperson seemed very excited about it.
