So yeah...
I’ve spoken to a few people about this who have backgrounds in the possible causes (like migraines, no one
really knows), and described everything... especially the losing balance and feeling like I’m going to fall. The consensus, though I need an official medical answer, if there is one, is that it may have been a small stroke, or maybe a couple over time. I do have some risk factors.
I’m seeing my oncologist on Monday for my regular follow ups with him. Strange as it sounds to see an oncologist first, the cancer I have, as I’ve talked about before, is one that causes an overproduction of red blood cells, potentially turning the blood into bbq sauce. I take a chemo med for it, and my hematocrit has been good, but a tiny clot could have gotten stuck somewhere. He’ll know where to take it from there.
So for the time being, I’ll follow up medically, and get used to it and adapt. It’s part of me, for now. I got this idea from a stuttering resources site... btw, we’re not called “stutterers”, we’re Persons (or People) Who Stutter...
PWSs. Everyone has a group name nowadays.
So, to make it easier for me and other people I got this idea from one of those PWS resource sites. I’ll wear it on a lanyard or clip, and pass the other ones through a drive in window, or something like that. People in a PWS group I joined are all over the idea. Being a nerd has its advantages.
