No one in this thread has made mention the OP's religion until this post. I find it interesting it was a theist that was the first to do so.
I'm calm, Cooky. The premise of the OP question is insulting - it's meant to be personal. Claiming someone is arrogant is an attack on their character. If you want a topic for discussion, how about: what's a good reason to believe a god exists? Have one?

You are missing a step. First, you need to establish that atheists are in fact arrogant. This is not something that is evidently true.

Are Christians arrogant because they don't believe Allah is God or do they not believe Allah is God because they are arrogant?
Are Hindus arrogant because they don't believe Allah is God or do they not believe Allah is God because they are arrogant?
Are Deists arrogant because they don't believe Allah is God or do they not believe Allah is God because they are arrogant?

It seems you are starting from the ignorant presumption that creating the whole universe was a hard or great task for its creator.
I have, but I have been thinking it could be caused by their lack of belief in one God. I have seen those who worship Jesus as God, being arrogant. I have seen those who give divinity to human beings, being arrogant. I have seen the superstitious being arrogant. I have not seen anyone who truly believes in one God and worships Him, being arrogant.
No, atheism is not untouchable. Bring some evidence -- any evidence at all -- that demonstrates that atheism is an incorrect understanding, and I promise you that every atheist here will give it most complete attention.
However, you might not enjoy their analysis of your "evidence."

You are doing a good impression of being a troll even if that is not your intention (and perhaps you will get banned), and as pointed out, you are hardly a good representative of Islam (not bother you?). Would you say any believers in religions other than Islam too are arrogant - including those not monotheistic? My tagline for religion just about covers people like you rather nicely, and making an assumption without proper evidence is foolhardy - a bit like believing in God, erm, just because.
As per many, you are the one displaying arrogance in having your particular belief to the exclusion of any other possibility.
