Wie gut verstehst du gesprochenes Deutsch, deiner Meinung nach?

One thing I recommend to students who are early or intermediate learners, is to watch German language versions of movies/series they already know and have seen in their native language. That way they can focus on understanding the dialogue without needing to also keep track of plot developments and characterization delivered in a language they don't yet fully understand.

My spoken German is getting better :) I still struggle to write it, but that has more to do with me focus on the spoken language :)

English sounds beautiful to me, too...but I've been told by more than one non-native English speaker that it doesn't sound wonderful to THEM....along with being the most difficult language there is too learn except Navaho.
In my opinion, American English sounds very different from British English, which again sounds different from Scottish English, and then there's Australian and Indian English, which again sound very different from all of these.

I couldn't really say which one I find more beautiful, but I do have a personal fondness for Scottish accents.

Scottish is very nice dialect yes :) personally when I speak English I have heard I sound a bit American

When I speak German I think I sound strange :p but it getting better.
Not long ago I had to call someone in Germany, and I could speak somewhat ok, they understood maybe 80% of what I said.

Sounds like you're doing well, congratulations! :)

If you like Youtube documentaries, the German TV channel ARTE has a pretty decent selection on their Youtube channel, as does the German public radio channel Deutsche Welle.

That said, the simplest version of German to learn is Viennese, because you really only need to know one word to speak it fluently...

Der Ring des Drachen aka Desideria.

Plot: a king rules over immense territories, because he has defeated kings of many kingdoms and submitted their subjects. His power is guaranteed by the ring of the Dragon, that gives absolute power to the one who owns it.
His daughter Desideria falls in love with a prince, the son of one of the submitted kings, and this destroys the power of the Dragon. While marrying him, Desideria says that she doesn't want the ring. She says: "We have enough of Dragons, we want to rule without magic. Farewell fear, farewell unhappiness, we don't want you with us any more"
