So you want to show that....?

It does not change the fact that Muhammad did what he did.
Sorry, it is etched in stone.

Haha. tell me, why did you quote a story with heavy "Tadhlees" in it? Do you have a clue what you were quoting?

You lied mate. It is not etched in stone. "Mudhallis". Do you know which one you quoted had Mudhallis narrator? Tell me you are so ignorant of a cut and paste artist you have no clue.

If you don't care, just leave it mate.
Sorry, but I do care... I care to know especially from those that take the Bible as literal as possible. I'd be fine with anyone that says that these were just stories written by ancient people describing and attributing things to their God to make him seem like he is there watching and waiting to make sure no one disobeys him. But, is that how those that believe this is the same God they love and worship see him? Since people are still pretty evil, why doesn't this same God intervene or have his people stone those law breakers? I don't think this God was never like that.

You said "So who cares about who the Baha'i Jesus and Christian Jesus is...", Thats the topic.

Coming to a topic and asking "who cares" doesn't make sense. Its like going to an art class and saying "who cares about art".

6) David’s Punishment – Polygamy, Rape, Baby Killing, and God’s “Forgiveness” (2 Samuel 12:11-14 )

Thus says the Lord: ‘I will bring evil upon you out of your own house. I will take your wives [plural] while you live to see it, and will give them to your neighbor. He shall lie with your wives in broad daylight. You have done this deed in secret, but I will bring it about in the presence of all Israel, and with the sun looking down.’

Then David said to Nathan, “I have sinned against the Lord.” Nathan answered David: “The Lord on his part has forgiven your sin: you shall not die. But since you have utterly spurned the Lord by this deed, the child born to you must surely die.” [The child dies seven days later.]

This has got to be one of the sickest quotes of the Bible. God himself brings the completely innocent rape victims to the rapist. What kind of pathetic loser would do something so evil? And then he kills a child! This is sick, really sick!

7) Rape of Female Captives (Deuteronomy 21:10-14 )

“When you go out to war against your enemies and the LORD, your God, delivers them into your hand, so that you take captives, if you see a comely woman among the captives and become so enamored of her that you wish to have her as wife, you may take her home to your house. But before she may live there, she must shave her head and pare her nails and lay aside her captive’s garb. After she has mourned her father and mother for a full month, you may have relations with her, and you shall be her husband and she shall be your wife. However, if later on you lose your liking for her, you shall give her her freedom, if she wishes it; but you shall not sell her or enslave her, since she was married to you under compulsion.”

Once again God approves of forcible rape.

8) Rape and the Spoils of War (Judges 5:30 )

They must be dividing the spoils they took: there must be a damsel or two for each man, Spoils of dyed cloth as Sisera’s spoil, an ornate shawl or two for me in the spoil. (Judges 5:30 )

9) Sex Slaves (Exodus 21:7-11 )

When a man sells his daughter as a slave, she will not be freed at the end of six years as the men are. If she does not please the man who bought her, he may allow her to be bought back again. But he is not allowed to sell her to foreigners, since he is the one who broke the contract with her. And if the slave girl’s owner arranges for her to marry his son, he may no longer treat her as a slave girl, but he must treat her as his daughter. If he himself marries her and then takes another wife, he may not reduce her food or clothing or fail to sleep with her as his wife. If he fails in any of these three ways, she may leave as a free woman without making any payment. (Exodus 21:7-11 )

10) God Assists Rape and Plunder (Zechariah 14:1-2 )

Lo, a day shall come for the Lord when the spoils shall be divided in your midst. And I will gather all the nations against Jerusalem for battle: the city shall be taken, houses plundered, women ravished; half of the city shall go into exile, but the rest of the people shall not be removed from the city. (Zechariah 14:1-2 )

So that was a waste of time, eh?

I'm not fond of the spin that transformed a very brave man (Jesus) who had been on a mission for the working Jews...... into Christ.

I'm even less fond of the adapted and manipulated Christ that serves the Bahai cause...

........... but telling us all about how the Israelites treated captives after battles, or slaves, or women is so irrelevant as to show how myopic you really are about either Christian or Bahai Jesus.

I do contest the truth of either but surely the debate has got to be based upon facts rather than ignorance? You can't win debates with waffle....

Absolutely irrelevant. Irrelevant to the opening post, irrelevant to the topic, and irrelevant to you.

“Then I heard the LORD say to the other men, “Follow him through the city and kill everyone whose forehead is not marked. Show no mercy; have no pity! Kill them all – old and young, girls and women and little children. But do not touch anyone with the mark. Begin your task right here at the Temple.” So they began by killing the seventy leaders. “Defile the Temple!” the LORD commanded. “Fill its courtyards with the bodies of those you kill! Go!” So they went throughout the city and did as they were told.” (Ezekiel 9:5-7 )

Well then.
There must be some more relevant threads for you ?
Something you know more about, maybe?

Well, since you barged into a conversation that you have no clue of where someone cut and pasted stuff with no relevance and you call yourself "we" which means you are also the same can you answer for him where he cut and pasted a story with a Mudhallis narrator? Why?

If you don't know say you don't know if you do please provide a good answer. This was an exercise where I was also cutting and pasting with no explanation expected just like that person who you have now claimed is "we" which you have planted yourself into.

All of this is completely irrelevant to the thread.

Also mate, its a little shameful when you get affected looking at others cutting and pasting irrelevant stuff simply because it is cut and pasted from the Bible, but you don't when others cut and pastes utterly irrelevant to stuff from some random webpage which is "Not Scripture".

What up brother? Just leave it. And don't begin by insulting people prior to attempting an understanding of what's going on because its not valid. Something you know more about? Alright. So tell me mate, what do you wish to discuss about?

Exactly so you can tell your clan you referred to as "we" to stick to that topic. If you don't know what happened so far, don't put your finger into an unknown gutter.

Alright. Thus mate can you tell me who is referred to as Akram Rasool in the Bahai scripture? Since this is the topic, you should know this well as you said "Something you know more about, maybe?"

You said "So who cares about who the Baha'i Jesus and Christian Jesus is...", Thats the topic.

Coming to a topic and asking "who cares" doesn't make sense. Its like going to an art class and saying "who cares about art".
Or, is it like going to art class when the building is on fire and saying, "Who cares about art... I'm getting outta here." And the rest of the quote is...

So who cares about who the Baha'i Jesus and Christian Jesus is... Who is their God? How do either justify believing in a God like this? And this God did not seem to believe in "progressive" revelation. It doesn't sound like he was the one who sent messengers to other people.
You posted all the things that the God that Christians and Bahai's say they believe in allegedly did. If this God did those things, why do Christians and Baha'is believe in him? That's a bigger issue than what Christians believe about their own prophet as compared to what Baha'is tell them what is true and what they should believe about their prophet. How do both of them explain God's behavior in the Bible?

You brought it up. You posted all those things about what God did. All I'm saying is if we believe the Bible as true, then how do we explain God's behavior? If those things are true, that is way more important than whatever we believe about who has the correct interpretation of who Jesus is? I respect your knowledge and opinions greatly. So instead of saying "who cares" doesn't make sense... tell me... did God really do these things? Like I tell Baha'is, I'm okay if you say it is mythological... that the ancients Israelites made up stories of how great and powerful their God is... and how he will judge and punish those that oppose him or disobey him. But, if you say that is exactly true and God did those things, then I'd side with the Baha'is and say "no" those things can't be true. There must be a better explanation and interpretation.

With who Jesus is, however, that makes a very big difference on whose interpretation we believe, the Christians or Baha'is. One we get a Savior who is the only one by which we can have our sins forgiven. The other, we have a "nice" guy who preached love and was killed for it, but he promised that God would send another "Christ", actually three more "Christs", and that the third one would lead the world into peace and harmony. Great... unless the Christian interpretation is correct, then anybody that doesn't accept and believe in that interpretation is lost in their sin and will be condemned and judged by God.

So "who cares?" That was only relative to the bigger issue of who is this God they both say they believe in. For another thread? Fine. I'll agree with that. And, I'll agree with you, on this thread, we all should "care" which Jesus is the true Jesus. I don't want to argue with you about this, and I hope you understand where I'm coming from and what I'm trying to say.

Wrong. I cut and pasted all of those verses in response to another persons random cut and pastes. So you got it all wrong for the sake of argument.

Cheers.
