I have a question about God and out of body experiences in all the different religions

If God knows everything. Why doesn't he think of the perfect way to make everyone see him out of body at the same? With out hurting them by accident?:) And convince all the different religions that he is real at the sametime?

If you went to climb Everest and you were suddenly on the summit with no effort on your part, where would the sense of accomplishment and joy be? It's through overcoming obstacles and reaching a goal that one feels fulfilled and truly happy.

The most likely answer is that he doesn't exist. A god who wants a relationship with everyone would do everything he could to make that relationship happen, and there wouldn't be so much confusion about him.

Only one in ten people ever have them in their life and not all can induce it on their own.

You need an ordeal to enjoy things? That's a very weird way to live. You can't enjoy sunsets or huggs from loved ones without passing through suffering? That actually kills my enjoyment of those things.

When I was younger, I really expected there to be someone out there with actual knowledge of God.
Took a while to realize there are lots of people willing to tell you all about God but none of them have any actual knowledge.

What you get is a lot of wishful thinking of folks telling you what they think God ought to be.

I'd suggest getting a cat or a dog, your preference. Ask them about God and rely on everything they tell you.

What's wrong with the wishful thinking? Haha
Took me a while to realize the only place I was going to find the answers were within.

If they won't believe a resurrection of a dead person, why would they think otherwise?

They probably would need some proof of resurrection. Lying, exagerating or fabulating such stories are much easier than actually resurrecting someone.

Even then, resurrected dead are a rather common occurence in a world where people assess your death by lack of breath and no detectable heartbeat by ear. If you knew CPR back then, you were basically capable of resurrecting people. It might impress profoundly some ignorant peasants, but traditionnal healers, herborists and wise-women would probably be harder to impress with such feats since attempts at creating a system like CPR existed in antiquity, but it would take until the 1960 to develop a reliably effective system that is still perfected to this day.

THere are many other gods and normal people who also rose from the dead!

Like I said, even if he was raised from the dead, they still will be slow to believe.
