What if Jesus comes tomorrow?

What happened when Jesus came the first time around? Knowing that should help in answering your questions.
But according to most Christians, it will be different this time.... Jesus will come on the clouds with power and great glory, accompanied by trumpets and angels and everyone will see Him and know it is Jesus.

How that is possible is another story.
But God can do anything, right? ;)
And after all it's in the Bible so it has to be true.

Doesn't Jesus also come "like a thief in the night?"
That's the problem with a theology that's too formulaic and relies solely on the Bible for that formula. The Bible is multivalent, so contains many such "formulas." Which "one" is "right?"

That's right...
Coming with trumpets and angels for all to see is contradictory to coming as a thief in the night that nobody would see.

That means these verses need to be understood differently, all the verses can apply to one who would be the return of Christ. Both can apply if they are understood figuratively rather than literally.

1-The media won't have time to cover anything.
2-The economy won't matter anymore.
3-World leaders won't have any say so anymore.
4- Too late for anything to be put on the internet.
5-Those who have served him will rejoice. Those who haven't will try to hide in the caves and dens of the earth, and cry out for the rocks and mountains to fall on them and hide them from his face.
6-Atheists will realize they were wrong and their knees will knock with fear.
7-Other religions will realize they were wrong.
8-This world will be destroyed with fire.
Dream on.

Jesus did not fail because Jesus never claimed to be the messiah.....
So Jesus was not a wannabe, but He was a real Messenger of God. ;)
you say Jesus never claimed to be the messiah

23 Nevertheless, the hour is coming, and it is now, when the true worshippers will worship the Father with spirit and truth, for indeed, the Father is looking for ones like these to worship him. 24 God is a Spirit, and those worshipping him must worship with spirit and truth.” 25 The woman said to him: “I know that Mes·siʹah is coming, who is called Christ. Whenever that one comes, he will declare all things to us openly.” 26 Jesus said to her: “I am he, the one speaking to you.”

I asked" "How will it be visible to all?"
So all the people in the world will have eyes of discernment?
Rev 6: 16
"And they keep saying to the mountains and to the rocks: “Fall over us and hide us from the face of the One seated on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb, 17 because the great day of their wrath has come, and who is able to stand?”

they will know

I know that Jesus was 'a Messiah" but Jesus was not 'the Messiah' who the Jews have been waiting for.

Jesus cured the sick, gave sight to the blind, the once lame could run, he feed because they where hungry ,he even put life back into the dead. they knew he was doing these things and yet he was rejected because he did not remove the romans from the land .

It's not contradictory at all. He will be coming to the surprise of most - that would be like a thief in the night. And when he does come, all will see. That's when the mockers will be trying to hide.

I didn't know that.

Don't you know? God can do anything so God will be able to cushion His landing.

LOL I already covered that. I said if your response is God can do anything and pulls a magic act for Jesus to land, then that makes Jesus magic, a God, which means he is not a man. We can't relate to that.

Sense many would still not believe if he did come to earth I am not sure what the point of this thread is. If I saw Angels in the sky I would think it was a trick of Christian media......……...……......sorry
