The truth is that white nationalism is the largest terrorist group in the US and racism and racially motivated violence is on the rise, even according to FBI statistics. And racial profiling and excessive force in the police is front and center for a very good reason.
The truth hurts indeed.

That said, we won't see an end to shootings like this until we seriously address the mother of all crime, income disparities and high poverty levels especially in poor neighborhoods where upward mobility is rare. Coupled with national gun reform and mental health care reform.

Greenville was the first place I thought of, but that was a club late at night, so I didn't think kids would be involved.

Just a few...
- Drunk drivers
- Plague deniers
- Hawkish politicians
- Cops
Moreover, there's the question to whom threats are posed.
Drunk drivers & plague deniers are indiscriminate killers.
Hawkish politicians kill primarily foreigners.
But cops.....they kill one group far more disproportionately than even blacks.

Well, this is discussion so I won't debate you.
I will explain my point of view. I can never become another human. But humans are like each other, they are equal as humans and share common things common to the human condition. So I can have empathy for other humans, because they are like me. I wouldn't like that to happen to me and likewise I won't like it to happen to any other humans. But that is just me. I accept there are other points of view.

Here's another truth.
Young black men is far and away the most violent demographic in the USA. 5X more likely to commit violence and murder than the second most violent demographic, young white men. 60X more likely than white women over 50.

So, it is no surprise to me that the humans tasked with preventing and prosecuting violent crime treat young black men differently. That's the cops. They are humans, and therefore prone to errors. But the truth is that cops protect the lives of far far far more young black men(from other young black men, mostly) than die from police malfeasance. By orders of magnitude!

Yes it does. Which is why BLM and SJWs tend to avoid it.
Two thirds of black children are born to parents who are too irresponsible to use adequate birth control or provide a solid home for their children. Marriage would be a good start. All too many white kids are stuck with this problem, as well. But rotten parenting is a far bigger problem for black kids.

But until BLM and SJWs are willing to grapple with problems that are politically incorrect to discuss(much less stage protests with the attendant chaos) I don't find them important.

Yeah, they can blame the police and white racists for problems created by black people. March! Loot! Pull down statues! Throw fire bombs into cop cars!

But I don't think they're doing anything more important than virtue signalling. Defund the cops and we'll get more dead black men. But that won't matter, because it'll be other black men doing the killing and you won't get a protest march out of such a common occurrence.
