SUBJECTIVE OBJECTIVITY
As preface please read the file attached. There is my proof, that personal opinion can be used in the Quest For Objective Truth: it is subjective objectivity.

BREAKING NEWS
The sign of Dark Matter activity is spotted in the Solar System. Namely, it is suggested, that the unaccounted matter alters the trajectories of visible bodies in our Solar System:

Astronomers Have Located The Centre of The Solar System to Within 100 Metres

DISCUSSION
This is the second news. The first one was the theoretical discovery of an additional planet (Nibiru? Planet Nine - Wikipedia ), which is not observed yet.

I think I understand that the goal of your paper is to question some aspect of the process of science.

Do you think that your paper is consistent with the goals of science?

No ninth planet has been discovered, as the Wiki link makes clear. It is speculated that a ninth planet might help account for various phenomena, that's all. People have looked for it and not found anything so far.

The aim of the file is to make peer-review process (I have proof of Riemann Hypothesis) softer to me. I will add the file to any submission to a journal.

okay. So we're agreed that the aim of the paper is to alter a process.

But you didn't answer my second question: Do you think your paper is consistent with the GOALS of science? Not the process, the goals.

You have repeatedly claimed to have proven the Riemann Hypothesis and the Goldbach Conjecture. Interesting that none of your "proofs" have ever been published. Do you realize that there is a million dollar reward for the person that can prove these conjectures, and tens of thousands of brilliant mathematicians have attempted to for centuries and failed? Your efforts are fruitless, I'm afraid.

To make life easy and better, to look for knowledge.

"To look for knowledge" seems close enough for this discussion.

It seems to me that your paper's suggestion doesn't align with looking for knowledge. Can you explain how your suggestion will improve science's ability to look for knowledge?

Well, thank you. I will modify the text to avoid been called "teacher". I will say, that it is not demand, but my personal opinion and the vision of a better world.

\begin{abstract}
This section can be deleted on your demand, but to pass the peer-review
with an intellectual joy, it is added to the paper. It is not demand for a
change to methods and procedures, but my personal
opinion and vision of a better world.
\end{abstract}
