I think it would be nice if all the people of the world decided to have a global conversation regarding the truth about life. Maybe something extraordinary would come out of it. Maybe they would all start seeing similarities between their conversations. Who knows, maybe a worldly spirit, not religion, would ignite and flourish. Nothing too extravagant. Just a few main points. Not a long list of wrongs and rights or tales of old. Something new, something simple, something true or close to it, something for all. It wouldn't have to unravel all the mysteries of life but perhaps get a bit closer to the truth, for there is only one after all.

Who says there only has to be one Truth? Can't the Truth be multifaceted, and in and of itself then reveal further Truths?

Probably not. Thats how "alternative facts" and the entire concept of relative morality, post modernism, and other bad ideas that become acceptable due to the idea of subjective truth. We all have our own subjective realities, but more often than not our realities are not very factual or real. It has some pretty nasty and serious consequences in other areas as well.

It has been tried a billion times. Nothing has come out of it. It is a useless exercise. What can be ignited is only mutual disbelief and hated. However, since you want, what one are you talking about? ;)

A human knows as a human, basic common sense. We only live on O one planet.

And history says it was decided by group consensus to not only name it one O, but also to name it a self entity. God was the chosen name as a basic science quote.

Yet if everyone today needs to say Earth is one and Holy, then say it and mean it.

Which means natural basic human living standards equate to an equal system...which is basic and instinctive human behaviour in a family.

Mother and Father begin life, a baby is born and kept safe by them. More babies, and a family is created, whilst other human parents do the same. Next moment is a community of extended human families.

Everyone needs food, so they agree to own care of the young whilst others work for food. The people who do the care share other community support. Basic.

Then eventually when you get an Elder community, they take care of the young, share their intelligent life living awareness, and the extended family in their communities self support.

Then in our family units, I see you look different to me. Because of this human quality, you express your life and living expressions as a variant to my own. I admire that quality, you admire my qualities so we decide to trade and express a mutual spirituality of that shared admiration.

Humanity in One purpose on One planet. Not too difficult in reality when you want to be real about life survival.

Just like where we live today, I figure it's better to have our own "T"ruths. We have conversations from our own foundational truth without finding similarity (conforming to one outlook). The criteria for one truth (idea of reality, let's say) is different per person.

How do you find one truth in people who each of us have different fingerprents-even among twins?

Instead of one truth, one goal would be better. People have their own values and spirituality but if we agreed to make the world a better place (let's say), that goal doesn't need to have a unified truth to obtain it.

Stick with agreed (earthly?) goals not agreed unified Truth. Less wars, arguments, etc that way. Conversations are fine (interfaith conferences are a good example) but most cultures I came across have a deep sense of "this is ours" view.

People have always propounded wonderful, progressive ideas, but these have always been ignored, and the exploiting class has always managed to arrogate power and wealth regardless of spirit of the times.

That might cause more problems than it fixes. There are so many people with opposing positions and so many who seem to want to disrupt anything positive.
