I'm not sure what you're getting at. What does God's knowledge and power have to do with Jesus' Atonement?

As I understand it through studies and learning, God gave dominion and authority in the earth to mankind in Gen 1. To operate legally, in the earth, God always cut covenant with man to stay within the lines of authority that He created.

To bring salvation in the earth, He had to do it legally, through a woman and as a man otherwise He would have lied in Genesis 1. Adam lost dominion as a man with authority, Jesus had to get it back as a man, legally to get back the authority.

And also because he had to be a High Priest:

Heb 2:7 So it is evident that it was essential that He be made like His brethren in every respect, in order that He might become a merciful (sympathetic) and faithful High Priest in the things related to God, to make atonement and propitiation for the people’s sins.

Good question

I think you're a good guy for wondering about it.

I wonder too.

I just thought if God can literally know and do anything he wants. Why not make another way?

Like if God had a time machine, couldn't He go back and give Adam and Eve another try at it?

Explain to them again that the whole world hinged on their decision.

But Jesus was the only way, the Way the Truth and the Light. No man can come to the Father except through Jesus.

And el Diablo didn't know what was going on. Or else why would he have worked so hard to crucify the Author of life.

Even Pilate didn't want to do it. But the mad crowd was motivated to yell CRUCIFY HIM.

What would it make God out to be if He were to go back on His own righteous rule, "the penalty for sin is death", and spare His own son?

"He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?

We're going to find out Frank, it's not just about us. The angelic community has a front row seat watching this spectacle too. Some of them might have been friends with Lucifer a long time ago. And now we're at the end result of 6000 years of sin, when the earth will vomit out it's inhabitants. And the Devil will be cast into the lake of fire.

It's all going to be worth it after the thousand years to watch Jesus when He says:

"Behold, I make all things new again".

Peaceful Sabbath.

Because He follows His own rules, that He made for us....He’s just, He’s loving, and He’s wise.
Can a person who’s loving, “do anything he wants”? Showing justice, also requires restraint....He wont randomly kill anyone. That wouldn’t be just.

In this case, with Adam and us as his descendants, Adam lost perfect human life for us; we inherited Adam’s imperfection. Jesus bought back that opportunity for us. What Paul stated at Romans 7:14, it applies to all of us: We were “sold under sin.”

You’re basically asking how Jesus’ sacrifice works. Here’s some info:

In the quran Jesus is not crucified, that's what I believe.
thats kinda correct ,to be crucified he would have to die on a cross . he did not die on a cross but on a trunk of a tree. some would call it a post ,a pole ,a beam or timber

The man who dies is not Jesus, they set up a fake Jesus and turned him in.
