No, it wasn't a difficult search, I am sure. However, I have been criticized for not citing sources when the correspondent could easily find the material.

Thank you for the material. I am in the process of reading the details of each NQ rating. I am comparing these ratings with the academic qualifications and experience and past evaluations.

I just want to point out that you claimed in post #37all that were confirmed were given high ratings by the ABA, which you claimed is the gold standard.

Can you at least admit that is incorrect?

I am sure you will try to explain away the NQ ratings, but your claim, as stated, was wrong.

Of course, when an error is made by me, I admit it.

What you are sure about is wrong. I want to see the average of NQ rated judges for past Presidential appointments, both by Democrats and Republicans.

I suspect that the ratio of these types of appointments is about the same across Administrations, we will see.

Heh. Take a look at the ratings that Obama's judges got. I didn't find a *single* NQ among them.

Clinton has several, as did Bush. But the ratio of those confirmed is also telling.

We will see, say back to Eisenhower, a good mid century place to start.

Obama may have appointed no judges that rated NQ, but as the floodgates of tens of thousands of documents opens it is proving that he oversaw a corrupt and viciously illegal regime.

If you aren't convinced yet, be patient. His rogue regime will be established beyond doubt.

I only saw ABA records going back to 1989. If you find any prior to that, I would be interested in seeing them.

He continued a number of policies that were put in by Bush that really should have been eliminated. He also ramped up NSA surveillance, another big problem.

if you don't think the Trump camp isn't more corrupt, you aren't paying attention.

Of course he will, he thrives on it. And worse, he actually believes what he says. He is a product of the power of positive thinking, his guru, Norman Vincent Steele.
Trump may try to present a brave facade, but he is insecure, cowardly and weak. I stand my my prediction that he will not participate in any Presidential debate unless he can hand pick the moderators, the questions, and even hand pick the crowd. He is not equal to the challenge and he knows it.

You didn't see it? Too bad.

Schumer pronounced his support for the the "Thurmond rule", when he thought it was advantageous to democrats. He stated it as a principle.

Does that help?

Chuckie was for it before he was against it. Keep up.
Schumer wasn't mentioned in your link. Tick tock. What is this "Schumer Principle" you speak of?

I could describe the process of creation a stone axe from flint and how it differs from making obsidian blades.

I possess a considerable range of obscure and useless skills.
Please please open a thread about the above.
Wonderful knowledge. Quite wonderful. :)

Just 2 minutes of this video...just 2...that's all I ask that you look at.
Yep. The BBC shows Trump press conferences nearly every day, and his arrogant, self loving, preening which explains how he and his are extraordinary, marvelous, fantastic, incredible, amazing, winning successes .... just amazes most of us.
If he find a question to be difficult he just loses control, insulting the media, the particular journalist etc.....
I have noticed that many Trump supporters are Christians, am I right about that? In any event, can these supporters tell me whether they think President Trump is for God, or for Mammon? Jesus said you cannot follow both.
Only askin'......

I cannot understand, not with the best will in the world, how any American with an IQ that is at least as large as their neck size, can think that this POTUS is a fully functional, almost intelligent human being.

Please explain, if you are so deluded.
Has the semi-literate buffoon asked Tony Fauci if asymptomatic infected school-children will be the major virus carriers who kill their parents and grandparents in order to push His death toll over 200,000 by November?

What floodgates? What documents? How long will we need to wait? Until the end of this year? Until the end of the decade? Until the end of the Century? Do you have anything other than the silly conspiracy theories that you seem to love?

It was obvious 4 years ago that he is a narcissistic idiot. Why it takes an incompetent response to a pandemic for people to realize that is beyond me.

The man is clearly a narcissist and an idiot. However IMO he was a better choice than Hilary. I personally didn't vote for either one because I thought them both to be bad choices and I won't vote for a bad choice. I would rather suffer through their 4 years of crap than to think I helped put them there.
