Ahhh! Now I think I understand the Dunning-Kruger Effect.

I know all about the Dunning-Kruger Effect. All about it. Everyone says so. I am the greatest expert on the Effect. The best. It's a very good effect. A very good effect. It is used to calculate the speed at which the universe is expanding. It's very good for that.
I think it all boils down to "too stupid to know they are stupid"

And it’s made right here in the USA. By people who really know what they’re doing. Boy, they’re smart. They know the rate at which the universe is expounding.
And that helps us plan the greatest economy the world has ever known. Possibly ever will know. If anyone understands the oranges of the universe, those guys do.
That’s why I have them working for me.
