BUT before Brexit, I could freely travel to Italy, France, Holland, etc. now I have to apply for a passport and only if I live there. Explain again why it is better???

Indeed. The EU should state that the British passport has the same value it had before Brexit, as for free circulation of people.
Btw as for direct flights to Italy nothing has changed at all.

Btw I was speaking of British citizens already living in Italy.
Once they have the residency the have all the rights (services, healthcare) Italian citizens have.
As for travelling we all know we are living a health emergency in all of Europe
..so the truth is that we will have to wait until it is over.

We don't have to wait at all.
After 1st January, my travel is made more difficult. Trade is more difficult.
Why are we building huge car parks in Kent to hold the delayed lorries - aka Farage Garage

Hi.......
Yes.......
It will be more clear, more defined.

My friend went to live in Holland with his dutch wife.
She could get a job so easily.
Him? No chance!
He was told 'You want a job? Go Home!'

Let's get this all sorted.

I'm English and I don't like them either.

I've got friends who moved to France in retirement and they run a B&B in some isolated rural part of France.

I do wonder how they will get on after this year. Have you got any ideas about that?

No, but we have the opportunity to move to Scotland. The only thing stopping us is the grandchildren - we want to be close

Come on...
Maybe it is Benelux who is doing anything to hinder Brexit...
Because a good deal is what UK deserves.

The EU "deserves" a good deal too, and it's now clear that Boris' promise of an "oven-ready" deal was just another Cummings lie.

But who knows, maybe the Farting Trumpet will give his mini-me Boris a trade deal before he is forcibly removed fron the White House in January. And hormone-stuffed pigs might fly.

No we don't.
The deal has got to be worse than being a member.
It is costing us more to not be a member than it was to be a member already

It is not my fault if the EU is the shadiest institution Europe has ever had.
Shadiest in the last 2000 years
