We don't care about a bunch of pagan nonsense.
What are you even thinking?
Tom
You mean the large empty fields full of cactus which some people declare a 'sacred site'.
It's already been discussed on another thread.
Normally I side with indigenous people, but in this particular case it borders on the ridiculous.
It's a parcel of land 517 Miles big. How many bodies do you know of are actually buried in a 517 mile swath of land aside from this place?
Nothing sacred is being blown up.
And this:The US has lost the right to protest destruction of religious sites:

It's only the latest of these acts but I guess you have excuses for every one of the historical desecration acts and threats of desecration.
America Has Never Cared About Sacred Sites
Nevertheless, it would be nice if Abrahamic religionists cared about the beliefs and reverences of other people. The destruction of a biblical site has much more implications than merely effecting the "United States".
Believed biblical site. There is less evidence for those sites being sacred than the Indian sacred sites the US has desecrated. The destruction of a biblical site has much more implications than merely effecting the "United States".
Not awful. Hypocritical.Yeah, let's not make this about Iran. Let's make it about how awful the United States is.
How about we make it about hypocrisy?Yeah, let's not make this about Iran. Let's make it about how awful the United States is.

Yes it does. What you're not getting is that Iran threatening to destroy something that peoples *around-the -globe* hold dear, not the United States.
...The site literally has nothing to do with the United States.
How about the USA stops attacking Iran and threatening to destroy religious sites?I give up. Iran is good and should destroy biblical sights of Christians around the globe. And the U.S. should never speak out of place to it's Father Iran.
Yes it does.
