Any Ásatrú initiation?

No matter the path I try, I end up being guided to the Norse one. Sincerely I don't know if I should feel happy about it or annoyed.

So for example today I tried to go back to Vishnu; since his mantras are great (He's great), but I fell in a light trance in meditation and he guided me back to the Norse path (Ásatrú). I told him I didn't achieve very much while I was in that religion and Vishnu answered I need to ask Odin for some sort of initiation or attunement. Somewhat like what is done in Christianity with baptism or in Reiki with the attunements.

I already asked Odin about it, but in the meantime, I'd like to know if you guys know of some sort of Ásatrú initiation or attunement. Repeating the name "Odin" comes to my mind, but it didn't work very well for me (maybe more days and patience were needed).

As I'm writing this, a thought comes to me (probably from Odin): "There are no shortcuts; you have to be in this path for enough time to be rightly attuned and get more results, having patience and perseverance is the only solution. Use the runes, use the runes!". Are you agree with this?

Not really. Odin had a hand in creation of Midgard, but he is not comparable to brahma.

So far as initiation into Asatru, there isn't one mandated, but individual Kindred may have their own initiation rites.

Odin is Brahman

Oh no, I referred to "Brahma", without the final "n".

:) I know only Brahman, which is not a God. Brahman is the sole constituent of all things in the universe. 'Advaita'.

No initiation for Asatru or Norse paganism, thought usually a lot of reading and letting go of pre existing worldviews. If you are drawn to specific gods/esses best to research and embrace their mythos rather than trying to fit a square peg in a round hole, so to speak.

All respect to those that would equate Odin with Brahman but there is no evidence for that particular mindset existing in the Germanic literature.

True, but it exists in Hindu paganism. "Sarvam Khalvidam Brahma" (All things here are Brahman), "Eko sad, Dwiteeyo nasti" (What exists is one, there is no second).

You might have been initiated in your teens by 'knee-sitting' in some communities, but otherwise it's not harder than introducing yourself to the gods, maybe make an altar, start sacrificing to them.
