My female friend(I won't give her name because she doesn't want to be made of)She said lucid dreaming has the ability to give godlike powers by simply saying over and over"how do I get godlike powers in my dreams?And keep them after I wake up?" It is supposed to work like divination.I don't know why my friend thinks this but she firmly believes it. How do I explain that it is just demons messing with her head?The way I meet my friend was online.In an occult forum.I have been trying to help people who are stuck in the occult.

There are a lot of interesting people in the world with some very unusual views.

Not sure what advice to offer. Not a problem I am familiar with.

You simply say, "Demons are are messing with your head," and let it go at that. Just as you don't understand why your friend thinks lucid dreaming has the ability to give godlike powers, no doubt she doesn't understand why you believe demons are messing with her head. Seems the only critical difference here is that she has the courtesy not to interfere with your belief, whereas you lack the manners to reciprocate.

I have to agree with RabbiO here....
Stay away from the occult because God told us to. If we do not take note of his warning, we are opening ourselves up to great harm. If we are disobedient, he will not protect us.

If someone genuinely wants to break free from the occult, then God will show them the way.....but your friend seems to be enjoying the ride. That is her choice......all you will do is pull yourself down. Its an evil trap. Listen to Jehovah.
