I find speaking less and less interesting, what now?

I took some days away from forums, and internet because it started to feel tiresome to keep speaking in discussions, and the days I been away was so good. only spoke when spoken to. no need to explaining and no need to discuss.

What now? I do not know, but my voice is no longer a tool for longer discussion with people from all kinds of religions or other spiritual paths. I found the peace of not speaking, of not being obligated to defend or explain my spiritual path or why I say what I do.

I will let people have their belief and their spiritual path, without interfering with their understanding of their spiritual teachings. No need for me to discuss their religious books or scripture, I do not know all religious paths and their teachings, so maybe my understanding of them have been wrong, and I do not want to lead people astray. so better if people discuss within their own religious path and not across them I think.

I added this in the Q&A because I do have a question,

Do you feel that it is best to speak with people from the same path/ religion as your self? or do you like to listen to everyone?

Few people like to listen, but they like stories. I like stories and people who can tell good ones. I recommend that you learn to tell stories, some kind of stirring conversation across the table. Sometimes its medicinal, and when people listen to your story they become open to hearing your opinions. Its like a door that typically only opens the width of your thumb can be opened further. Your opinions will tend to close it, but good stories will tend to open it wider. Jokes works for this, too. Most of the very successful persuasive speakers are comedians or storytellers.

Eventually, engage only fellow enlightened sages.
And then only to exchange knowing glances in passing.

I haven't met anyone off and online who share the same faith or worldview as I do. My mother to an extent because we have somewhat like experiences but friends, strangers, no.

It would be easier to talk to people who you are faith. It can be a moral booster that everyone is in the same boat. I don't mind talking to people of different faiths; and, most of the time, they don't open up to talk more about it than the same jargon, analogies, and such they regurgitate on a daily basis.

If we can get over that hump, yes. Until then, I guess I'm a loner on it.

Yes speaking with people who follow the same path/teaching as we do our self is easier than to speak with people of different faith or belief. i notice it every day :)

I like speaking with different types of people, its interesting to hear how others reflect on the world we live in. And being an atheists, I find talking to religious people especially interesting, because they obviously view life very differently than me in some circumstances.

If posting here, and/or elsewhere, no longer works for you, then do not do it. Do you feel for some reason that you have to continue to post here, even though you don't enjoy it or don't feel it's right for you or healthy for you? Why? Why not just do what is best for you, which in this case, may be stepping back?

Sounds to me like you desire a cloistered lifestyle.

Satsang requires challenging our beliefs to a root level; new equations will come from new maths in the mix.

The trying communication is not the problem, it's our administration of it as mortals.

There were experiments set where people get to be guards, and prisoners; people get really maliciously vindictive due to power (The Experiment).

Religion and politics cause power struggles in conversations, and we then get mean to maintain order; there are on going administration issues by everyone who thinks they're in charge in this world.

Thus do not be scared to shine light in the darkness, earth is near Hell as many cling to matter, which makes them more twisted; let go of being attached to anything, and the same applies in conversation.

Love unconditionally, and light is shared in all directions; don't attach to anything, if it misses those in shadows of their own making, at least it was said well with honesty from our root level.

We should share wisdom in all religion, there is only understanding; people brought up in boxes, will often fight to keep what they think they have.

The peace of not having to make waves in the ocean of consciousness, is only a calm before a storm; as the winds still come after, unless we've all come to enlightenment.

In my opinion. :innocent:

I go through phases...

Sometimes I like to engage with lots of people, other times I just want to be alone and think.

Sometimes I form strong opinions, other times I try hard to not have an opinion on anything.

Sometimes I enjoy talking to people very different to myself, other times I just want to talk to people like me.

At the moment I'm on here enjoying it. Who knows about a few months from now?

Don't like that - going into a box, create one's own private world. Would not advise it for anyone, becoming a recluse.
I would listen and talk to everyone, irrespective of their path/faith.

Thank you for your reply @Katja :) I have found that in the spiritual path I am on, more and more loneliness arises because I see the world in a totally different way than most other, especially in the forum I notice this (It does not make me different to others, I am still me) But I, when I speak, only a few seem to understand my messages and the meaning behind them, and it always become long discussion of more negative sorts (especially from Atheists I noticed, but atheists are ok people ) So I find it not negative toward me as a person but it creates tension and, to me that is of no use. so it is better to speak with people who cultivate Falun gong, but here I because they understand what I speak about, but here where I live, I do not know other Falun Gong practitioners.

I tried that when I cultivated Buddhism, yes it has its good sides, but also bad side, and one other thing is, as falun gong practitioner I should still live a normal life and meet people, but I find that speaking is difficult because nobody seem to care about spirituality in a deeper sense anymore (especially in Norway)
