Not sure if there are any Mormons left at RF, but here we go.
The recent shooting at a Texas Church shows how effective having a good person carrying a firearm can be in the face of evil. I believe the Mormon Church recently enacted a policy prohibiting guns in its church buildings. So, if the shooter had picked a Mormon church, there would have been no one to fireback to end the assault.
Do you think the Brethren were right to implement the no firearm policy or should members be allowed to bring their guns (so long as they are complying with state and federal law)?
