Good questions. This is how JW’s would answer those questions from our understanding of scripture....
First of all....there is only one Creator. That is God the Father, Yahweh (Jehovah) There is no such person as “God the Son” ever mentioned in scripture...nor is there a reference to “God the Holy Spirit”. These terms come from those who formulated the trinity, which is not found in scripture either.
God’s Holy Spirit was used to create the heavens and the earth. (Genesis 1:1-2) but before that, was the creation of God’s son.
“The beginning of God’s creation” (Revelation 3:14) As God’s “only begotten son” he was the first and only direct creation of his Father.
God’s spirit, as is indicated in the scriptures, is the application of his unfathomable power, either used directly, or sometimes used through other agencies. Jesus Christ e.g. was given the power of God’s Holy Spirit at his baptism, giving him abilities that he did not formerly have in his mortal flesh.
After Christ’s resurrection and ascension to heaven, the Holy Spirit was given to Christ’s apostles and disciples, giving them abilities that are not normal for humans. (Like healing the sick, raising the dead, expelling demons, speaking foreign languages that they were never taught)
God’s first creation was his “only begotten” son, who was then given the privilege of using all the raw materials that were brought into existence by his Father, to fashion everything that exists both in heaven and on earth. The Father is the Great First Cause and the son was the agency “through” whom all creation was fabricated.
“He [Jesus] is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation; 16 because by means of him all other things were created in the heavens and on the earth, the things visible and the things invisible, whether they are thrones or lordships or governments or authorities. All other things have been created through him and for him. 17 Also, he is before all things, and by means of him all things were made to exist” (Colossians 1:15-17)
Sanctification is the application of God’s high standards of righteousness, integrity, honesty and morality to everything we do.
God can sanctify (make holy) something, or someone for a special purpose by applying those standards......or humans can sanctify themselves as part of his holy people by sticking to those high standards in everything they do. (Leviticus 11:44-45; John 17:15-19)
There is
only “one mediator between God and men”....and that is Jesus Christ. (1 Timothy 2:5-6) The barrier between God and humans requiring a ”go between”, was sin, so God provided the means for sinful humans to still communicate with him. If Jesus was God, we would logically need a mediator between us and him too. We pray “through” the mediator to the Father.
Redemption is the paying of a price to get someone out of debt.
The price is set and the redeeming of the human race required a perfect (sinless) life given to atone for the perfect life that Adam lost for his children. Adam lost his perfection due to sin, and he lost his own life as a result.....but there was no one to pay the price to free his children from the sin and death that they inherited from him. (Romans 5:12)
“Atonement” is “at-one-ment”, meaning that like is given for like....one for one. Equivalency was the balance of God’s justice. A perfect life was lost and a perfect life was given to redeem those sold into slavery to sin and death through no fault on their part.
God provided the means by sending his own precious son to pay the price and to provide the means for forgiveness of our sins....his perfect sinless life was the set price. This is why Jesus had to come from heaven......God created his perfect human life and brought it into the world through a specially chosen woman.
In ancient times, it was God himself who judged people worthy of life or death. Abraham called Jehovah “the judge of all the earth” (Genesis 18:25)
But there is a Judgment Day to come. We have one appointed as judge in that instance....Jesus Christ. The redeemer has many ‘hats’, and the dividing of the “sheep from the goats” is his call. (Matthew 25:31-33; Matthew 7:21-23)
I’m not sure I understand this question....? What “things” particularly?
Can you elaborate?
