It does not seem to include anything about dietary habits, though. I don't know why it was included in the OP. There does not seem even to exist a single reference to the famous episode of Daniel and his friends.
Every morning I have a drink made with a blend of maca, cacao, mucuna, ashwagandha.and pea protein.
and I made myself watch the documentary....You can be very healthy as a vegetarian. You can even be a competitive athlete.
For example, I supplement smoothies, soups and stews with pea protein, so it’s easy to have a high protein vegetarian diet. The pea protein has an excellent amino profile.
I like a high protein, high fat diet, and plenty of fruit.

I do eat meat lately. Probably less than most people. I think it will be a rare luxury in the foreseeable future. Ecologically it is madness. I can live without it. I have been vegetarian at different times in my life. Also, it makes you a better cook.
