Can insight sometimes be momentarily blinding until the inside adjusts to the darkness of the outside?
can reality sometimes run counter intuitive to what seemed reasonably understood?
Yes, it takes time to stabilize any step forward. But I find that the bigger the insight I have the less the outside seems dark and the more it becomes light.
Reason has limits. The Truth is beyond the limited intellect.
Neither exists without the other. Light requires the darkness as the darkness requires the light. They each need the other to make themselves known. In fact, they are not separate entities, they are the same entity experiencing itself, through contrast.
