Facebook lottery Publishers Clearing House scam

So my friend was all excited and asked me if I hadn't hear the news I said what news? He told me both me and him had won this face book lottery.

He said both me and him had won 70 thousand dollars and I wondered how I could win something I had not signed up for.I researched it on the internet they said Facebook has no lottery or winnings and Publishers has a lot of folks pulling scams pretending to be them.

So he gave me the agents name Mark Smith on facebook got a hold of him. He said he was with facebook then Publishers clearing House at one time with the government helping disabled people.

I asked him what I had to do before i got the money ,he sent info for me to fill out with my address. I asked him before I send it how will I get paid. He conveniently avoided answering me and wanted me to pay for shipping and handling fees and file case fees. I said no, it I were really dealing with Publishers Clearing House I've heard them say on tv you don't pay a bunch of fees to win your reward from them,

He was upset all day. Mad at me for not taking the winnings. I asked him if he had been payed by cashiers check. He said no after awhile then said he had a bag of cash delivered to him. I don't think he's crazy but maybe he maid it up because after I mentioned cashiers check maybe he asked himself if he did the right thing.

I almost got scammed not long ago with a cashiers check, the policeman said most cashiers checks are scams.


If hes telling the truth its way worse. I would not take a bag of 70 thousand dollars if I knew it were real, its dangerous, if they did that they could be the kind of people who make fake money..........

So I wouldn't take it like that hes been pouting all day. i apologized for upsetting him tried to make him smile but hes avoiding me now hes mad.................

And you know I just really wonder how he got a hold of my name and my friends name?Did he enter it and recommend me or maybe they saw us spending time chatting and thought we were stupid.Its odd.

But he first when i got in touch with Agent Mark Smith, he said I would need to fill out the info on me address phone and all that.It also asked If I were disabled or in school few other things . He said it would enter me ENTER me into the contest .He made it sound like he was with the government one minute then facebook the next.

When I told him someone had told me I had won he said he had to check his records for my name came back and said of course I was a winner? I wondered what the heck that was about first he wanted me to fill out the info to enter me into the contest, then when I was on the list he checked and oh yes of course of course your on the list.

I just wondered how stupid he thinks I am.

I think he already has, I bet friend lost a lot of money. HE maybe mad forever at me.

So I talked to my friend last night she at first said she thought my friend was pulling a scam on me. I had contemplated that as well. She then said hes cray cray meaning crazy mf,I also thought this hes got mental health issues.

She said "You ought to tell him send you pictures of the cash. Then tell him to send you some"

So I actually told him that. Literally he sent me pictures of the cash and now hes saying he is sending me some of it.
Its crazy, its a mystery really. Maybe hes making it up? I know my sister would say he is. But what hapens if casg came to my door????????????

Maybe its a counter fitting operation???????????I'm gonna have to report it to the police...........

Ok he just backed out. He said I gave you the agents number you need to call him. So hes either mentally ill or is a scam himself. So I told him to drop the subject or distance himself from me.

well i just told him to stop talking about it or distance himself from me he said ok hed drop the subject. we'll see. I can spot scams though if h tries anything ill be alright. He maybe mentally ill.

He was diagnosed bipolar as a kid and he does not take the meds needed for it.On the other hand if his mental illness makes him dangerous i should stay away from him anyways. Ill distance myself from him.

Its weird he actually acts like hes into me romantically or something creepy.
