Its an inference. Zul Kifl has also been attributed to Elijah.
What about Yusuf Ali's translation notes?

Al Isra' 17:4 And We gave (Clear) Warning to the Children of Israel(2173) in the Book, that twice(2174) would they do mischief on the earth and be elated with mighty arrogance (and twice would they be punished)!

2173 The Book is the revelation given to the Children of Israel. Here it seems to refer to the burning words of Prophets like Isaiah. For example, see Isaiah, chap. 24 or Isaiah 5:20-30, or Isaiah 3:16-26.

Al Isra' 17:5 When the first of the warnings came to pass, We sent against you Our servants given to terrible warfare:(2175) They entered the very inmost parts of your homes; and it was a warning (completely) fulfilled.

2175 A good description of the warlike Nebuchadnezzar and his Babylonians. They were servants of Allah in the sense that they were instruments through which the wrath of Allah was poured out on the Jews, for they penetrated through their lands, their Temple , and their homes, and carried away the Jews, men and women, into captivity. As regards "the daughters of Zion " see the scathing condemnation in Isaiah, 3:16-26.
See also Yusuf Ali notation at Al Jathiya 45:16 (4752), and Al Jumu'ah 62:5 (5457).

Is Yusuf Ali correct or not in referring to Isaiah at these points?

What about the Tafsir of Ibn Kathir, on Surah Al Ahzab 33; wherein he cites a narration (hadith) (PDF 4038-4039)?

"... Imam Ahmad recorded that ` Ata' bin Yasar said that he met ` Abdullah bin ` Amr bin Al-` As,
may Allah be pleased with him, and said to him:

"Tell me about the descript ion of the Messenger of Allah in the Tawrah. '' He said, "Yes, by Allah, he was described in the Tawrah with some of the qualities with which he was described in the Qur'an: `O Prophet ! Verily, We have sent you as witness, and a bearer of glad tidings, and a warner, a saviour to the illiterate. You are My servant and My Messenger and I have called you Al-Mutawakkil (reliant ). You are not harsh or severe, or noisy in the marketplaces. You do not repay evil with evil, but you overlook and forgive. Allah will not take your soul until you make st raight those who have deviated and they say La ilaha illallah, words with which blind eyes, deaf ears and sealed hearts will be opened'. '' It was also recorded by Al-Bukhari in the Books of Business and At -Tafsir. Wahb bin Munabbih said: "Allah revealed to one of the Prophets of the Children of Israel whose name was Sha` ya' (Isaiah); ` Stand up among your people the Children of Israel and I shall cause your tongue to utter (words of ) revelation. I shall send an unlettered (Prophet ) from among the illiterate (people). He will not be harsh or severe, or noisy in the marketplaces. If he were to pass by a lamp, it would not be extinguished, because of his tranquillity. If he were to walk on reeds no sound would be heard from under his feet . I will send him as a bearer of glad tidings and as a warner, who will never utter immoral speech. Through him I will open blind eyes, deaf ears and sealed hearts. I will guide him to do every good deed and I will bestow upon him every noble characteristic. I will make tranquillity his garment , righteousness his banner, piety his conscience, wisdom his speech, truthfulness and loyalty his nature, tolerance and goodness his character, truth his way, justice his conduct , guidance his leader, Islam his nation. Ahmad is his name and through him I will guide people after they have gone astray, teach them after they have been ignorant, raise their status after they were nothing, make them known after they were unknown, increase the number (of followers of the truth) after they have been few, make them rich after they have been poor, and bring them together after they have been divided. Through him I will bring together different nations and hearts, and reconcile opposing desires. Through him I will save great numbers of people from their doom. I will make his Ummah the best of peoples ever raised up for mankind; they will enjoin good and forbid evil, sincerely believing in Me Alone and accepting as truth all that My Messengers have brought . I shall inspire them to glorify, praise and magnify Me Alone in their places of worship and in their gatherings, when they lie down and when they return home. They will pray to Me standing and sitting. They will fight for the sake of Allah in ranks and armies. They will go forth from their homes by the thousand, seeking My pleasure, washing their faces and limbs, girding their loins. Their sacrifice will be their blood and their holy Book will be in their hearts. They will be like monks by night and like lions by day. Among the members of his family and his offspring I will make those who are foremost (in faith) and believers in the truth and martyrs and righteous people. His Ummah after him will lead people with truth and establish just ice therewith. I will give strength to those who support them and help those who pray for them, and I will inflict defeat upon those who oppose them or transgress against them or seek to take something from their hands. I will make them the heirs of their Prophet , calling people to their Lord, enjoining what is good, forbidding what is evil, establishing regular prayer, paying the Zakat and fulfilling their promises. Through them I will complete the goodness which I started with the first of them. This is My bounty which I bestow upon whomsoever I will, and I am the Possessor of great bounty. ''' ..."

In Exodus, JEHOVAH Elohiym (Exodus 3:15) showed to Moses, the "pattern" of the Heavenly Sanctuary/Temple/Tabernacle:

Exodus 25:1 KJB - And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

Exodus 25:8 KJB - And let them make me a sanctuary; that I may dwell among them.

Exodus 25:9 KJB - According to all that I shew thee, after the pattern of the tabernacle, and the pattern of all the instruments thereof, even so shall ye make it.

Exodus 25:40 KJB - And look that thou make them after their pattern, which was shewed thee in the mount.

Numbers 8:4 KJB - And this work of the candlestick was of beaten gold, unto the shaft thereof, unto the flowers thereof, was beaten work: according unto the pattern which the LORD had shewed Moses, so he made the candlestick.
Moses saw the "pattern" of the true Heavenly things themselves, having been shown them by God - even Jesus, and was to make the earthly things after their "fashion":

Acts 7:44 KJB - Our fathers had the tabernacle of witness in the wilderness, as he had appointed, speaking unto Moses, that he should make it according to the fashion that he had seen.
This same "pattern" was shown to many others:

Joshua:

Joshua 22:28 KJB - Therefore said we, that it shall be, when they should so say to us or to our generations in time to come, that we may say again, Behold the pattern of the altar of the LORD, which our fathers made, not for burnt offerings, nor for sacrifices; but it is a witness between us and you.

David and Solomon, were given this "pattern" by the Holy Ghost/Spirit:

1 Chronicles 28:10 KJB - Take heed now; for the LORD hath chosen thee to build an house for the sanctuary: be strong, and do it.

1 Chronicles 28:11 KJB - Then David gave to Solomon his son the pattern of the porch, and of the houses thereof, and of the treasuries thereof, and of the upper chambers thereof, and of the inner parlours thereof, and of the place of the mercy seat,

1 Chronicles 28:12 KJB - And the pattern of all that he had by the spirit, of the courts of the house of the LORD, and of all the chambers round about, of the treasuries of the house of God, and of the treasuries of the dedicated things:

1 Chronicles 28:19 KJB - All this, said David, the LORD made me understand in writing by his hand upon me, even all the works of this pattern.

In the days of Solomon [after David], he too was to make a grander, more lasting earthly model of the heavenly:

Acts 7:47 KJB - But Solomon built him an house.

The reason for this was because the one by Moses was a temporary tent/tabernacle, that waxed old and is like unto our bodies, but Solomon's temple of precious stones and metals was to be an model of something everlasting and [as earthly possible] that fadeth not away, like unto the bodies of the resurrection.

Asaph the Psalmist knew of the "pattern":

Psalms 77:13 KJB - Thy way, O God, is in the sanctuary: who is so great a God as our God?

Isaiah looked into Heaven, and saw the Heavenly Temple/House of God! the Doors of the Posts, the Altar and Tongs thereof:

Isaiah 6:1 KJB - In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple.

Isaiah 6:2 KJB - Above it stood the seraphims: each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly.

Isaiah 6:3 KJB - And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory.

Isaiah 6:4 KJB - And the posts of the door moved at the voice of him that cried, and the house was filled with smoke.

Isaiah 6:5 KJB - Then said I, Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts.

Isaiah 6:6 KJB - Then flew one of the seraphims unto me, having a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with the tongs from off the altar:

Isaiah 6:7 KJB - And he laid it upon my mouth, and said, Lo, this hath touched thy lips; and thine iniquity is taken away, and thy sin purged.

Isaiah 6:8 KJB - Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.

Isaiah 6:9 KJB - And he said, Go, and tell this people, Hear ye indeed, but understand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not.

Isaiah 6:10 KJB - Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed.

Isaiah 6:11 KJB - Then said I, Lord, how long? And he answered, Until the cities be wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land be utterly desolate,

Isaiah 6:12 KJB - And the LORD have removed men far away, and there be a great forsaking in the midst of the land.

Ezekiel was shown this "pattern":

Ezekiel 43:10 KJB - Thou son of man, shew the house to the house of Israel, that they may be ashamed of their iniquities: and let them measure the pattern.

Ezekiel 43:11 KJB - "... and write it in their sight, that they may keep the whole form thereof, and all the ordinances thereof, and do them."

Ezekiel 43:12 KJB - This is the law of the house; Upon the top of the mountain the whole limit thereof round about shall be most holy. Behold, this is the law of the house.
Daniel the Prophet knew of the "pattern", and even of the original!:

Daniel 8:11 KJB - Yea, he magnified himself even to the prince of the host, and by him the daily sacrifice was taken away, and the place of his sanctuary was cast down.

Daniel 8:12 KJB - And an host was given him against the daily sacrifice by reason of transgression, and it cast down the truth to the ground; and it practised, and prospered.

Daniel 8:13 KJB - Then I heard one saint speaking, and another saint said unto that certain saint which spake, How long shall be the vision concerning the daily sacrifice, and the transgression of desolation, to give both the sanctuary and the host to be trodden under foot?

Daniel 8:14 KJB - And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed.

Daniel 8:26 KJB - And the vision of the evening and the morning which was told is true: wherefore shut thou up the vision; for it shall be for many days.

Daniel 9:24 KJB - Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

Daniel 11:31 KJB - And arms shall stand on his part, and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength, and shall take away the daily sacrifice, and they shall place the abomination that maketh desolate.

Paul, the writer of many epistles and of Hebrews, knew of this "pattern" and what was shown to Moses, and from where this "pattern" came from. It came from the True Tabernacle in Heaven!:

Ephesians 1:20 KJB - Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,

Hebrews 8:1 KJB - Now of the things which we have spoken this is the sum: We have such an high priest, who is set on the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens;

Hebrews 8:2 KJB - A minister of the sanctuary, and of the true tabernacle, which the Lord pitched, and not man.

Hebrews 8:3 KJB - For every high priest is ordained to offer gifts and sacrifices: wherefore it is of necessity that this man have somewhat also to offer.

Hebrews 8:4 KJB - For if he were on earth, he should not be a priest, seeing that there are priests that offer gifts according to the law:

Hebrews 8:5 KJB - Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee in the mount.

Hebrews 8:6 KJB - But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises.

Hebrews 9:23 KJB - It was therefore necessary that the patterns of things in the heavens should be purified with these; but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these.

Hebrews 13:10 KJB - We have an altar, whereof they have no right to eat which serve the tabernacle.

John the Apostle knew of this "pattern", and even saw the original!:

Revelation 1:12 KJB - And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks;

Revelation 1:13 KJB - And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.

Revelation 3:7 KJB - And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth;

Revelation 3:8 KJB - I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.

Revelation 4:1 KJB - After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.

Revelation 4:5 KJB - And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.

Revelation 9:13 KJB - And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God,

Revelation 11:1 KJB - And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein.

Revelation 11:19 KJB - And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.

Revelation 15:5 KJB - And after that I looked, and, behold, the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened:
The "pattern" that JEHOVAH Elohiym showed to all these was:

In Yusuf Ali's English Translation of the Uthmanic recension, in the text and notes, we read that Islam acknowledges the Temple/Tabernacle/Sanctuary of God, and especially with the Ark (in Islam, called "Tabut" (box)) of the Covenant and even of the Ten Commandments (called "Criterion (between right and wrong)"; Qur'an Al Baqara 2:53):

Wahb bin Munabbih said: The Children of Israel remained on the straight path for a period of time after Moses. They then innovated in the religion and some of them even worshipped the idols. Yet , there were always Prophets sent among them who would command them to work righteous deeds, refrain from doing evil and who would rule them according to the commands of the Torah. When they (Israelites) committed the evil that they committed, Allah caused their enemies to overwhelm them, and many fatalities fell among them as a consequence. Their enemies also captured a great number of them, and took over large areas of their land. Earlier, anyone who would fight the Israelites would lose, because they had the Torah and the Tabut , which they inherited generation after genera ion ever since the time of Moses, who spoke to Allah directly. Yet , the Israelites kept indulging in misguidance until some king took the Tabut from them during a battle. That king also took possession of the Torah, and only a few of the Israelites who memorized it remained. The prophethood halted among their various tribes and only a pregnant woman remained of the offspring of Lavi (Levi), in whom the prophethood still appeared. Her husband had been killed, so the Israelites kept her in a house so that Allah may give her a boy, who would be their Prophet . The woman also kept invoking Allah to grant her a boy. Allah heard her pleas and gave her a boy whom she called ` Shamwil' meaning ` Allah has heard my pleas. ' Some people said that the boy's name was Sham` un (Simeon), which also has a similar meaning.

[PDF 616]

b(248. And their Prophet said to them: "Verily! The sign of His kingdom is that there shall come to you At -Tabut , wherein is Sakinah (peace and reassurance) from your Lord and a remnant of that which Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron) left behind, carried by the angels. Verily, in this is a sign for you if you are indeed believers. )

Their Prophet then proclaimed, "The sign of the blessings of Talut 's kingship over you is that Allah will give you back the Tabut (wooden box) that has been taken from you. '' Allah said:

(wherein is Sakinah f rom your Lord) meaning, peace (or grace) and reassurance. ` Abdur-Razzaq stated that Qatadah said:

(wherein is Sakinah) means grace. In addit ion, Ar-Rabi` said that Sakinah means mercy. This is
also the meaning given by Ibn ` Abbas, as Al-`Awf i narrated.

[PDF 617]

(. . .carried by the angels. )
Ibn Jurayj stated that Ibn ` Abbas said, "The angels came down while carrying the Tabut between the sky and the earth, until they placed it before Talut while the people were watching. '' As-Suddi said, "The Tabut was brought to Talut 's house, so the people believed in the prophethood of Sham` un (Simeon) and obeyed Talut ''

"As for the people of the Torah, they say that Aaron and Moses perished in the wilderness and that God inspired Joshua after Moses, commanding him to cross the Jordan to the land He had promised and given to the Israelites. Joshua exerted himself in obeying God's command and sent (spies] toward Jericho to reconnoiter it. Then he journeyed on, with the Ark of the Covenant, until he crossed the Jordan, within which a road appeared for him and his companions. He then surrounded the city of Jericho .... During the seventh ..., the Israelites blew their horns, gave a single great shout, and the walls of the city proceeded to fall. They sacked the city, setting it and all that was in it on fire, except for the gold, silver, and vessels of copper and iron, for these they put into the treasury. Then, however, one of the Israelites took something fraudulently, which made God angry with them. They were put to flight, and Joshua became greatly grieved until God revealed that he should draw lots from among the tribes. He did so, and the lot fell upon the man who had taken items fraudulently. His stolen loot was removed from his house. Then Joshua stoned him and burned everything that belonged to him. They named that place after the one who possessed the loot, who was `Ahir. The place is known, until this day, as the valley of CAhi r.5 2 7"

[PDF 138-139]

After Elijah, control over the affairs of the Israelites was taken by Elisha, according to what we have been told by Ibn Humayd-Salamah - Ibn Ishaq, who said: I was told by Wahb b. Munabbih that, after Elijah, Elisha was made a prophet among the Israelites." He remained among them for as long as God wished him to be; then He took him to Himself. People followed each other in succession among them with sins increasing while the Ark was among them. Within it was the Sakinah66' and a remainder of what the people of Moses and Aaron had left. It was handed down as an inheritance from one generation to another. God would rout any enemy who met the Israelites while they were advancing and marching with the Ark. The Sakinah, according to what Ibn Ishiq mentioned - Wahb b. Munabbih-some of the Israelites' sages, was the head of a dead cat, and, when it cried out within the Ark with the howling of a cat, the Israelites were assured of victory and conquered.6b0

[PDF 139]

"Their king Ilaf came [to them] and was informed that the Ark had been taken forcibly. ... This took place until God sent Saul1674 as king and returned the Ark of the Covenant to them. A period of four hundred and sixty years passed, from the death of Joshua b. Nun, during which time command of the Israelites belonged in part to the judges and leaders among them, and in part to others who overcame them so that they were ruled over by others, until rule was established among them and prophecy returned to them through Samuel b. Bali .675"

[PDF 141]

Eli695 the priest ruled their affairs following this period, and in his days the people of Gaza and Ascalon took the Ark of the Covenant by force. When he had managed their affairs for forty years , Samuel was sent as a prophet. He had ruled, it is recounted, for ten years when the Israelites asked him -when their enemies humiliated and shamed them for their rebellion against their Lord-to send them a king with whom they might strive together on behalf of God. Samuel said to them what God has related in His glorious Book 696

In the account of Samuel b . Bali, we find that after the Israelites suffered prolonged distress and after foreign kings humiliated them, oppressed their land, killed their men , took their women and children captive, and seized by force the Ark in which were the Sakinah and the rest of what the family of Moses and Aaron had left behind, and by which they were helped to victory when they confronted the enemy, they prayed humbly to God to send them a prophet who would put their affairs in order.

[PDF 144]

The prophet said: "Lo! God has chosen him above you, and has increased him abundantly in wisdom and
stature."707 They said, "If you are truthful, bring us a sign that this man is a king." He said: "Lo! The token of his kingship is that the Ark, in which there is the Sakinah, and a remnant of that which the family of Moses and the family of Aaron left behind, will come to you from your Lord. -708 ... The Sakinah is a basin of gold in which the hearts of the prophets are washed. God gave it to Moses, and he placed the tablets in it.709 The tablets, according to what we have been told, were of pearls, sapphire, and chrysolite. As for the "remnant," it is the staff of Moses and fragments of the [broken] tablets. The Ark, and all that was in it, came to be in the house of Saul. The Israelites believed in the prophecy of Samuel71O and handed kingship over to Saul. Al-Qasim informed us - al-Husayn - Hajj ij - Ibn Jurayj - Ibn `Abbas: The angels brought the Ark, carrying it between heaven and earth, while the people watched it, until they placed it with Saul.

One of their enemies who surrounded them marched against them, and Eli ordered his two sons to lead the people out to fight this enemy. They went out, taking the Ark, in which were the tablets and the staff of Moses, in order to overcome the enemy by means of [the Ark].

[PDF 147]

While they and their enemy lined up for battle, Eli awaited reports of what they had done. Then a man came and informed him while he was seated on his chair, "Verily your two sons have been slain, and our troops have been routed." Eli said, "What about the Ark? " The man replied, "The enemy has taken it." Eli gave the death rattle, fell out of his chair on his neck, and died. Those who had captured the Ark placed it in the house of their gods. They had an the idol they worshiped, and they placed the Ark under it, with the idol on top. But on the morning of the next day, the idol was under and the Ark on top. So they took the idol, placed it on top again, and nailed its feet to the Ark. But on the morning of the next day, the hand and two feet of the idol were cut off, and it was cast down under the Ark. They said to one another, "Have you not learned that nothing can withstand the God of the Israelites? So remove the Ark from the house of your gods." They removed the Ark and placed it in an area of their town. The people of that area suffered from pains in their necks, and they said, "What is this? " A maiden among them, one of their Israelite captives, said to them, "You will continue to witness what you do not like, as long as this Ark is among you, so remove it from your town." They said, "You lie! " She replied, "For a sign of that you should bring two oxen, both of whom have young, and upon whom no yoke has ever been placed. Then put a cart behind them, place the Ark on the cart, and make them journey while you detain their young. They will set out with [the Ark] submissively, until they have left your land and have set foot in the nearest territory of the Israelites . Then they will break their yoke and return to their young." They did all that [she suggested], and, when the oxen left their land and set foot on the nearest territory of the Israelites, they broke their yoke and returned to their young, after having placed the Ark in a ruined place where there were Israelite reapers . The Israelites hurried toward the Ark and approached it. Yet no sooner would one of them approach it but he would die .

[PDF 162]

the Messenger of God say that when David the prophet looked at the woman and became disquieted , he levied an army of the Children of Israel and gave orders to its leader, saying: "When the enemy appears, make so-and-so draw near and advance in front of the Ark." At that time, the Ark was taken as assistance : whoever advanced in front of it, would not return until he was slain or the army fled before him.

84 5. Asaph b. Berechiah is mentioned in i Chronicles 6:2.4 and 15:17 as one of the Levites who sang and played before the Ark when it was brought into Jerusalem at David's command. In Islamic lore he is supposed to be the one referred to (though not by name) in Qur'in 27:4o: One with whom was knowledge of the scripture (seen. 8 r 7, above), who brought the throne of Bilqis to Solomon in the twinkling of an eye. He is known in Islamic tradition and folklore . See EP, s.v "Asaf b. Barkhyi."

278. Arabic sakinah is a loan word from Hebrew shekhinah, "dwelling," specifically the Divine Presence in the Tabernacle in the wilderness (Exod. 25:8) and in the temple in Jerusalem. In Qur'an 2:248, the word occurs in a context referring to the Ark of the Covenant : a prophet (unnamed) tells the Children of Israel , skeptical about whether Saul is really a God-appointed king over them, that "The sign of his kingship is that the Ark will come to you, in it a Sakinah from your Lord, and a remnant of what the folk of Moses and Aaron's folk left behind , the angels bearing it." Arabic exegesis explains the word in many ways , either abstract, "a (cause of) tranquillity " (based perhaps on the Christian notion of the Holy Spirit as paracletos, "comforter"), or as some sort of physical image that inspired fear in the enemy. See Ei', s.v.

Not only does the TaNaKh (OT; Genesis - Malachi) and the NT (Matthew - Revelation), but so does a qur'an and even the Hadith, and Tafsir of Islam.
Even the Jewish records outside of scripture (which states that the Ten Commandments were made of the sapphire stone of the Throne of JEHOVAH Elohiym), exist:

Even the Legends of the Jews, by Louis Ginzberg, picked up on this,

"...Moses departed from the heavens with the two tables on which the Ten Commandments were engraved, and just the words of it are by nature Divine, so too are the tables on which they are engraved. These were created by God's own hand in the dusk of the first Sabbath at the close of the creation, and were made of a sapphire-like stone...." - Legends of the Jews, Volume 3, page 258 - Full text of "Legends of the Jews, the - Volume 3"

"...state that the sapphire employed for the tables was taken from the throne of Glory..." - Legends of the Jews, Volume 6; page 49 [see also page 59] - The Legends of the Jews

Also according to the Targum,

"...Then it was said to Moses: 83 "Ascend to the firmament and I will give you two tables of stone, 84 hewn from the sapphire of the throne of My glory, 85 gleaming like fine gold, arranged in lines 86 and written by My finger. 87 Engraved on them are the Ten Words, 88 refined more than silver that has been refined seven times seven [ways] -- that is the sum total of the principles..." - The Aramiac Bible, the Targums; by Phillip Alexander, page 89-90 [especially see Note 85] - The Targum of Canticles
This is why the Hebrews (Levites) placed the blue ribband around their garments to remind them of the Law:

Exodus 24:10 KJB - And they saw the God of Israel: and there was under his feet as it were a paved work of a sapphire stone, and as it were the body of heaven in his clearness.

Exodus 24:11 KJB - And upon the nobles of the children of Israel he laid not his hand: also they saw God, and did eat and drink.

Exo 24:10 HOT - ויראו את אלהי ישׂראל ותחת רגליו כמעשׂה לבנת הספיר וכעצם השׁמים לטהר׃

The Ten Commandments were cut from this crystal blue sapphire throne of God [Exodus 24:10,12 [Hebrew: "tables of the Stone"; definite article ["häeven"], question then becomes, What stone? The very blue sapphire stone of the Throne of God in the very same context], and Exodus 28:28,31,37, 31:18, 32:16 "And the tables [were] the work of God, and the writing [was] the writing of God, graven upon the tables." and Exodus 39:21-22,31; Numbers 15:38-41; Ezekiel 1:22,26, 10:1]

Ezekiel 1:22 KJB - And the likeness of the firmament upon the heads of the living creature was as the colour of the terrible crystal, stretched forth over their heads above.

Ezekiel 1:23 KJB - And under the firmament were their wings straight, the one toward the other: every one had two, which covered on this side, and every one had two, which covered on that side, their bodies.

Ezekiel 1:24 KJB - And when they went, I heard the noise of their wings, like the noise of great waters, as the voice of the Almighty, the voice of speech, as the noise of an host: when they stood, they let down their wings.

Ezekiel 1:25 KJB - And there was a voice from the firmament that was over their heads, when they stood, and had let down their wings.

Ezekiel 1:26 KJB - And above the firmament that was over their heads was the likeness of a throne, as the appearance of a sapphire stone: and upon the likeness of the throne was the likeness as the appearance of a man above upon it.

Ezekiel 1:27 KJB - And I saw as the colour of amber, as the appearance of fire round about within it, from the appearance of his loins even upward, and from the appearance of his loins even downward, I saw as it were the appearance of fire, and it had brightness round about.

Ezekiel 1:28 KJB - As the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud in the day of rain, so was the appearance of the brightness round about. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the LORD. And when I saw it, I fell upon my face, and I heard a voice of one that spake.

Numbers 15:38 KJB - Speak unto the children of Israel, and bid them that they make them fringes in the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and that they put upon the fringe of the borders a ribband of blue:

Numbers 15:39 KJB - And it shall be unto you for a fringe, that ye may look upon it, and remember all the commandments of the LORD, and do them; and that ye seek not after your own heart and your own eyes, after which ye use to go a whoring:

Numbers 15:40 KJB - That ye may remember, and do all my commandments, and be holy unto your God.

Again, it is written:

Psalms 111:7 KJB - The works of his hands [are] verity and judgment; all his commandments [are] sure.

God carved the Ten Commandments with his own Finger ["...written with the finger of God." Exodus 31:18 KJB; "...written with the finger of God..." Deuteronomy 9:10 KJB], the very work of His own hands [Exodus 32:16 KJB].

So, does the religion of Islam and the Muslim, acknowledge these things of the Temple/Tabernacle/Sanctuary that God gave to Moses, Joshua, David, Solomon, Asaph, Isaiah, Ezekiel, Daniel, Jesus, Paul, and John (and so many others), yes or no?

Jews and Muslims fear this "pattern", for it reveals who the true God is, even JEHOVAH Elohiym:

However, moving back into this pattern of the Sanctuary, the very places of the Sanctuary itself, demonstrate the pattern of Jesus suffering and sacrifice.

Beginning at the outer court, we have the Altar of Burnt Offering. Moving from there, we come to the Laver of Blood/Water. From thence in the outer court, we move through the veil into the Holy Place of the Sanctuary, and immediately to our right hand is the Table of Shew Bread, and to our left is then the 7 Branch Golden Candlestick, and ahead of us is the Altar of Incense. Moving past these, through the second veil, into the Most Holy Place, we come to the Ark of the Covenant and the Law of God therein. These are in the Pattern of the Cross itself. In each place, Christ Jesus received a wound.

Act_3:18 But those things, which God before had shewed by the mouth of all his prophets, that Christ should suffer, he hath so fulfilled.

Psa 77:13 Thy way, O God, is in the sanctuary: who is so great a God as our God?

Joh 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

[6] Ark of the Covenant – Jesus was pierced in the Head, by the Crown of Thorns He wore.

Jesus is the Lamb, the Sacrifice (Isaiah 53:7; John 1:29,36). When Jesus died, He was pierced by a spear, and blood and water came out (John 19:34; 1 John 5:6,8), even as Jesus was dead, buried and resurrected (laver, as baptism of blood/water; Romans 6), Jesus said that He was the 'gate' (at the entrance; Matthew 7:13; Luke 13:24), 'door' (into the Holy Temple; John 10:7,9) and 'way' (into the presence of God, Most Holy; John 14:6). Jesus said that He was the "bread" that came down (John 6:48,51), as on the Table of Shewbread. Jesus said that He was the Light (John 8:12, 9:5), as in the 7 branch candlestick. Jesus stated that it was by His intercession as Mediator, as Priest, and later High Priest that brought us near to His Father (John 14:6), and Jesus is the Ark of the Covenant, the Law being written in His heart at all times (Psalms 40:8), anointed by the Holy Ghost/Spirit, the Shekinah. Jesus stated that His body was the true Temple of His Father (John 2:19), and David knew this. Going from the Ark to the Entrance, we see the Son of God condescending, taking upon Himself the form of a servant, the likeness of sinful flesh, going from the Throne of God (Ark), unto being born in a manger, as the "lamb of God". Then we see it going back, from the sacrifice at the Cross, to death burial and resurrection and ascension into the Holy Place, Revelation 1; Acts 1; Luke 24, Psalms 24, etc, to ministering before the 7 Branch, Table and Golden Altar, and finally moving back into the Most Holy Place, ready to come again ... The life of God's people is found in this same Heavenly "pattern".

Baring the Cross
Let us now turn quickly to Prophecy, and see the "Pattern" again:

[1] Isaiah 28:16,17 KJB.

Isaiah 28:16 KJB - Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner [stone], a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste.

Isaiah 28:17 KJB - Judgment also will I lay to the line, and righteousness to the plummet: and the hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters shall overflow the hiding place.

Can any not see Christ Jesus in vs 16 [compare to Romans 9:33; 1 Corinthians 3:11; Ephesians 2:20; 1 Peter 2:8, etc KJB], but what more in vs 17!

Judgment also will I lay to the line... What is a line?, it is a measuring tool upon the horizontal... as far as the east is from the west; eternal in either direction, relationship of man to man, straight

*******

and righteousness to the plummet... What is a plummet?, it is a measuring tool upon the vertical, binding Heaven and earth together [Genesis 1:1, vav, aleph, tav]; from highest to lowest, relationship of man to God, straight

And both together...

The Justice and Righteousness of God, the very Love of God, meet there, forever demonstrated before all the universe... the truest standard of measurement, the perfect 'meter' - God' love, God is love....

In fact, the Cross, is a Throne. Jesus is Crowned King of the Jews. He has them which are on his right and left. A Rod of Iron in His Hand. His enemies beneath His feet, and His friends humble before Him in worship. There is also a seat placed upon it also, seated between Heaven and Earth, just as "the Word" (Aleph Tau) the Vau Aleph Tau is in Genesis 1 (more on this later, for this is where John is inspired for John 1:1-3, etc).

Gen 1:1 בראשׁית ברא אלהים את השׁמים ואת הארץ׃

There is more, much more, let us look and see, even in the very lives of the Patriarchs themselves... though Muslims and Jews fear this "pattern", though it is woven through the whole Bible by the Holy Spirit.

Baring the Cross
The "pattern" (which Jews and Muslims continue to flee from), throughout the whole of scripture, that is inescapable:

John 5:39 KJB - Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.

Psalms 40:7 KJB - Then said I, Lo, I come: in the volume of the book it is written of me,

Hebrews 10:7 KJB - Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God.

Luke 24:27 KJB - And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.

Act_3:18 But those things, which God before had shewed by the mouth of all his prophets, that Christ should suffer, he hath so fulfilled.

[1] Moses and Joshua, Aaron and Hur; Exodus 17.

Exodus 17:9 KJB - And Moses said unto Joshua, Choose us out men, and go out, fight with Amalek: to morrow I will stand on the top of the hill with the rod of God in mine hand.

Exodus 17:10 KJB - So Joshua did as Moses had said to him, and fought with Amalek: and Moses, Aaron, and Hur went up to the top of the hill.

Exodus 17:11 KJB - And it came to pass, when Moses held up his hand, that Israel prevailed: and when he let down his hand, Amalek prevailed.

Exodus 17:12 KJB - But Moses' hands were heavy; and they took a stone, and put it under him, and he sat thereon; and Aaron and Hur stayed up his hands, the one on the one side, and the other on the other side; and his hands were steady until the going down of the sun.

Exodus 17:13 KJB - And Joshua discomfited Amalek and his people with the edge of the sword.

[A.] Moses, representing Jesus as deliverer, goes atop a hill, where all may see him [Exodus 17:9 KJB].

Jesus was taken to the hill of the Skull [Calvary; Luke 23:33 KJB], Golgotha [Mark 15:22; John 19:17 KJB], where all may see him [Isaiah 45:22; John 12:32 KJB].

[B.] Moses, representing Jesus as deliverer, has two persons beside him, one on the Right, the other on the Left [Exodus 17:12 KJB].

Jesus, was crucified between two persons, one of the Right hand, the other on the left [Matthew 27:38; Mark 15:27; Luke 23:33; John 19:18 KJB].

[C.] Moses, representing Jesus as deliverer, was victorious for his people, so long as his hands remained outstretched and steady, until the going down of the sun [Exodus 17:12 KJB].

Jesus, whose arms and hands were each outstretched, with a “nail” [“as a nail in a sure place”; Isaiah 22:23,25 KJB] in each hand, thus plural "nails", whose “bones were out of joint”, even “as far as the east is from the west”, that they could not move, were steady, yes even till the going down of the sun [the “ninth hour”; approx 3 PM] on the preparation day, just before the 7th Day Sabbath of the Lord God and feast sabbath began together, his victory assured, memorialized forever. Just as Joshua was victorious, this Joshua was too, over the real enemies of God, delivering the people with “mighty hand” and “outstretched arm”.

Such a great sacrifice that God has made, for us, to deliver us from the power of sin, satan and self.

The very Feasts of the LORD show the same. The life of Adam shows the same. The life of Solomon shows the same. The life of Joshua shows the same, and Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob/Israel, and many others.

Baring the Cross
The inescapable "pattern":

[2] Samson; Judges 16. Read the whole chapter here (saves space) - Judges 16:16 (KJV)

[A.] Just as Samson, representing Jesus as deliverer, was born specially, by promise from God, to a woman which could not bare, and he was to be filled with the Holy Ghost, and to be dedicated to the Lord from birth to death, and to be deliverer of the people [Judges 13 KJB].

Jesus, a holy child, was born of the virgin Mary, by Holy Ghost, to be dedicated to the Lord forever [Luke 1:35; Acts 4:27,30 KJB], and to be the Saviour and deliverer of all people, who would accept the sacrifice [Matthew 1:21; Acts 13:23; Romans 11:26, etc KJB].

[B.] Just as Samson, representing Jesus as deliverer, was attempted to be taken many times by his enemies, but could not be until betrayed by a woman [harlot] he loved, for silver [Judges 16:5,18; KJB even as the type of Christ, Joseph was sold/betrayed by Juda for silver [Genesis 37:27,28 KJB]], into the hands of his enemies as a slave, even though he had “shewed [her] all his heart” [Judges 16:18 KJB].

Jesus, also could not be taken, until his appropriate time [Daniel 9:24-27 KJB, in the Year AD 31, in the First Month, Aviv/Nisan, on the 14th Day of the Month, being the 6th Day of the week [aka Friday, preparation day], dying at the 9th hour [roughly 3 PM, the time of the evening Sacrifice], to enter into the 7th Day the Sabbath rest of Creation/Redemption] betrayed by a woman [the harlot Church, physical Israel, even at the hands of Judas], for silver [Zechariah 11:12,13; Matthew 26:15, 27:3 KJB], into the hands of the enemy, for the price of a slave [Matthew 27:9 KJB], even though God had revealed all His heart in Christ Jesus to the world.

[C.] Just as Samson, representing Jesus as deliverer, carried “the bar” of the “gate” [the place of judgment], even the great weight, across his “shoulders”, up to the top of a “hill” [Judges 16:3 KJB].

Jesus, also carried the cross [John 19:17 KJB], after a manner [Simon of Cyrene, being an example for us, to take up that Cross and bear it for Jesus; Matthew 16:24; Mark 8:34; Luke 9:23 KJB], up to the hill of Golgotha [Matthew 27:33; Mark 15:22; John 19:17 KJB], the place of the Skull [the very place of the mind/heart of man; even Calvary; Luke 23:33 KJB], bearing the weight of the not merely the cross, but the sins of the whole world [Isaiah 63:9 KJB], the government and judgment should be upon his shoulders [Isaiah 9:6, 22:22 KJB].

[D.] Just as Samson, representing Jesus as deliverer, was blinded [Judges 16:21 KJB], that he could not see, and was ill-treated and mocked of his enemies [Judges 16:25 KJB], the LORD being departing from him [Judges 16:20 KJB].

Jesus, also was blind-folded [Luke 22:64 KJB], that he could not see, and was ill-treated and mocked of his enemies [Job 12:4; Matthew 27:29,31; Mark 15:20; Luke 23:11,36 KJB], apparently forsaken of God [Psalms 22:1; Matthew 27:46; Mark 15:34 KJB].

[E.] Just as Samson, representing Jesus as deliverer, then in the last moments of his life, was taken out, placed between two pillars [Judges 16:25 KJB] and leaned upon them with his hands outstretched, to the right and to the left [Judges 16:29 KJB], east and west, praying [Judges 16:28 KJB], and dying with the enemies [Judges 16:30 KJB], destroyed the Temple [Judges 16:30 KJB], slaying his enemies more in his death, than in his life.

Jesus, also then was placed between two persons, one of the Right hand, the other on the left [Matthew 27:38; Mark 15:27; Luke 23:33; John 19:18 KJB]. Jesus said that He would destroy the Temple [John 2:19 KJB], by which he slays in/by his death the enmity between God and mankind [Genesis 3:15; Ephesians 2;16, etc KJB], forever magnifying the Law of God, making it honourable [Isaiah 42:21 KJB], demonstrating its eternality. His hands and arms outstretched, with a “nail” [“as a nail in a sure place”; Isaiah 22:23,25 KJB; thus plural "nails"] in each hand, whose “bones were out of joint”, even “as far as the east is from the west” to save and deliver, even unto a gainsaying people.

Baring the Cross
The inescapable "pattern":

That Tree of Life:

Deuteronomy 21:23 KJB - His body shall not remain all night upon the tree, but thou shalt in any wise bury him that day; (for he that is hanged [is] accursed of God;) that thy land be not defiled, which the LORD thy God giveth thee [for] an inheritance.

Acts 5:30 KJB - The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom ye slew and hanged on a tree.

Acts 10:39 KJB - And we are witnesses of all things which he did both in the land of the Jews, and in Jerusalem; whom they slew and hanged on a tree:

1 Corinthians 2:2 KJB - For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified.

Galatians 2:20 KJB - I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

Galatians 6:14 KJB - But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world.

While the central root "stock" would be a pole-beam, there would also be the cross-beam, the 'Patiblum', which would be the "branches" coming off the root stock, and thus be a "tree" as Paul and others called it.

Even in the Footnotes of the NWT, they allow for the word "tree":

"... [Acts 5:20 NWT] The God of our forefathers raised up Jesus, whom you killed, hanging him on a stake.*n ..."; "... *Or “tree.” ..." [1]

"... [Acts 10:39 NWT] And we are witnesses of all the things he did both in the country of the Jews and in Jerusalem; but they did away with him by hanging him on a stake.* ..."; "... *Or “tree.” ..." [2]

"... [Acts 13:29 NWT] And when they had accomplished all the things written about him, they took him down from the stake* and laid him in a tomb.*z ..."; "... *Or “tree.” ..." [3]

"... [1 Peter 2:24 NWT] He himself bore our sinsu in his own body on the stake,*v so that we might die to* sins and live to righteousness. And “by his wounds you were healed.”w ..."; "... *Or “tree.” ..." [4]

Other mentions:

"... [Joshua 8:29 NWT] He hung the king of Aʹi on a stake* until the evening, and as the sun was about to set, Joshua gave the order to take his dead body down from the stake.v Then they pitched it at the entrance of the city gate and raised up a great pile of stones over him, which is there to this day. ..."; "... *Or “tree.” ..." [5]

"... [2 Samuel 18:9,10,14 NWT] 9 Abʹsa·lom eventually found himself facing the servants of David. Abʹsa·lom was riding on a mule, and the mule went under the thick branches of a large tree, and his head got entangled in the big tree, so that he was suspended in midair* while the mule he had been riding kept going.

10 Then someone saw it and told Joʹab:l “Look! I have seen Abʹsa·lom hanging in a big tree.”

14 To this Joʹab said: “I am not going to waste any more time with you!” So he took three spikes* in his hand and drove them through the heart of Abʹsa·lom while he was still alive in the midst of the big tree. ..." [6]

In 2 Samuel 18:9,10,14 KJB, we read of Absalom [the son of David; whose name means the "Father's peace"] was, because of sin, rebellion against the King, hung upon a tree [by his hair, his glory], and was suspended between Heaven and Earth, and struck with three piercings, or as the NWT says, "three spikes", as large nails, and then in his death buried as wicked.

2 Samuel 18:9 KJB - And Absalom met the servants of David. And Absalom rode upon a mule, and the mule went under the thick boughs of a great oak, and his head caught hold of the oak, and he was taken up between the heaven and the earth; and the mule that was under him went away.

2 Samuel 18:10 KJB - And a certain man saw it, and told Joab, and said, Behold, I saw Absalom hanged in an oak.

2 Samuel 18:14 KJB - Then said Joab, I may not tarry thus with thee. And he took three darts in his hand, and thrust them through the heart of Absalom, while he was yet alive in the midst of the oak.

Just as Jesus, who took our sins upon himself, was hung upon a Tree, the son of David, the Father's peace towards man, suspended between Heaven and Earth, pierced by three nails upon the Cross, then in His death, taken down and buried as with the wicked [Isaiah 53:9 KJB].

The hair was not only a glory [1 Corinthians 11:15 KJB], but for a man to have long hair it was a shame [1 Corinthians 11:14 KJB], such as the nazarites wore, symbolizing the shamefulness of sin, the hair of separation, and the holiness of life dedicated to God in repentance, and Christ Jesus died upon the cruel cross, despising the shame [Hebrews 12:2 KJB], having already made the nazarite vow [Matthew 26:29; Mark 14:25; Luke 22:18; Numbers 6:1-21 KJB].
