I personally think that when 'you' die, you 'reincarnate' into 'everything' else on the earth as 'experience', not everyone's actions or identities or faces.

This also includes history, all the wars, that was 'you'. So if you go past 'you' meaning 'your face, ego, identity, head, things you have, personality', can't you see 'you are everything'.

How can they be all one when you put the condition that they should believe that 'you' (whosoever is it) sent 'me' (whosoever is it)?

I really appreciated the Scientific American article. It echos a principle which is beyond religion and thus beyond theology. Even atheists can give voice to this as "JMS" did in Babylon 5 when he wrote this. Just substitute races or any other division you wish for the alien races mentioned.

The universe speaks in many languages, but only one voice.
The language is not Narn, or Human, or Centauri, or Gaim or Minbari
It speaks in the language of hope
It speaks in the language of trust
It speaks in the language of strength and the language of compassion
It is the language of the heart and the language of the soul.
But always it is the same voice
It is the voice of our ancestors, speaking through us,
And the voice of our inheritors, waiting to be born
It is the small, still voice that says
We are one
No matter the blood
No matter the skin
No matter the world
No matter the star:
We are one
No matter the pain
No matter the darkness
No matter the loss
No matter the fear
We are one
Here, gathered together in common cause, we agree to recognize this singular truth and this singular rule:
That we must be kind to one another
Because each voice enriches us and ennobles us and each voice lost diminishes us.
We are the voice of the Universe, the soul of creation, the fire that will light the way to a better future.
We are one.

I see it as we are one group of individuals rather than ignoring individualism so that every other person defined as just one. i.e. A christian and wiccan work for world peace by the foundation and motivation from their individual faiths. Rather than the christian and wiccan saying we need to believe the same thing in order to reach the same goal of peace.

Every time I hear "everyone should be one" I hear "we all should be white." (American history reference) Can't we be individuals in one group? Do we have to be one (having one core/foundation) to have spiritual connection with each other? Also, whose definition of one are we referring to? Christ? Dharma? Nature? Cosmos (they are not synonyms)?

I dont think it is meant as one on the earth, But become one with the "ultimate truth" What do i mean by the ultimate truth? How things actually are, not as human beings are seeing it with the physical eyes. Ultimate truth can only be seen when every aspect of human emotions, attachments and views are removed. then one can truly see what the ultimate truth is. Truthfulness, compassion and forbearance.
When you can put truthfulness, compassion and forbearance in to every aspect of existence, then you are close to the ultimate truth.

So the Ego or "you" can not be a part of the truth, Truth can only be realized

Oneness my way isn't oneness at all. In order to think as a one humanity, we have to take out religion, race, gender, and a whole lot of other divisive factors.

Yet, all those are also part of the Whole and are intrinsic to the Universe.
