The demons are NOT angels.

Many think that the demons are former fallen angels, this widespread teaching is wrong.
The demons are the children of human women who had sexual intercourse with some angels. (Genesis 6:1-4) Before the demons were called "demons", they were called "Nephilim" (giants) on earth. These Nephilim were wiped out by God shortly before the Flood because of their godlessness, but since the giants are not only human beings but also angels by nature, their souls remained on earth instead of going down to the realm of the dead. Since then they have been wandering on earth as evil spirits.
And the angels who mingled with the human women and thereby begat the demons were imprisoned in hell where they have to stay until the day of the great judgment. (2 Peter 2:4)

There is only one fallen angel and this one is the devil. He is the leader of the demons.

Why are these demon nephalim deserving of punishment because of what their parents did? What of those angels that the NT indicates followed Satan in his rebellion?

...Before the demons were called "demons", they were called "Nephilim" (giants) on earth....

But that seems to be just your interpretation, not what the Bible actually tells. I don’t think there is enough support for your claim, in the Bible.

This is not what the Bible teaches. Sorry.

How do you know they were godless?
Genesis 6:5 ; Genesis 6:13
And especially in the book of Enoch it becomes clear that the giants were evil creatures.
Did Satan not rebel against god early on?
The devil has not yet led a rebellion, this widespread teaching is also wrong. The rebellion mentioned in Revelation 12:7 is a prophecy that will come true.
If we look at the whole context (Revelation 12:1-12), then it becomes clear that this rebellion will only take place after the resurrection of Jesus. Probably just before the beginning of the millennial kingdom.

Genesis 6:1-4
6 And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them,

2 That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.

3 And the Lord said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.

4 There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.

Hmmm. not a single mention of demons or Nephilim. What gives?

These Nephilim were wiped out by God shortly before the Flood because of their godlessness, but since the giants are not only human beings but also angels by nature, their souls remained on earth instead of going down to the realm of the dead. Since then they have been wandering on earth as evil spirits.
And the angels who mingled with the human women and thereby begat the demons were imprisoned in hell where they have to stay until the day of the great judgment. (2 Peter 2:4)

2 Peter 2:4
4 For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;

Still no mention of demons or Nephilim. Gotta believe you're making all this up.

There is only one fallen angel and this one is the devil. He is the leader of the demons.
Hopefully there's some evidence of this, like an actual Bible verse that says as much.

Nephilim is the first word of Genesis 6:4 pronounced in Hebrew:

!n just over a third (35%) of the 51 Bibles I checked the word "Nephilim" is not used in Genesis 6:4. Instead, we find "giants." So it all depends on which Bible your reading.

In any case, how about the demons you mention?
