Just sorting through some of the Forum statistics tonight and -- lo and behold! -- here are a few things I found (plus a few things I did not truly find):

  • Recently, @Rival has been responsible for cleaning up precisely 60% of the spam on the Forum.*
  • The time limit members have to edit their posts following posting them is 1440 minutes (24 hours).*
  • In contrast to Rival, I myself am responsible for 53% of the spam placed on the Forum (as per a statistic compiled by @Jayhawker Soule ).
  • Apparently, no matter how many posts there are per month, there are always roughly the same number of "likes" given out. That is, "likes" do not go up much even when posts go up substantially.*
  • In any month that @PopeADope posts about masturbating pet spiders "for their health", fully 38% of the month's total "likes" are for his post.
  • The maximum number of "mention alerts" allowed per post for members is 10.*
  • So far, July was the peak month in 2019 for posts on the Forum with a total of 15,017 for the month.*
  • While @Revoltingest is responsible for the most posts on the Forum in 2019, Jayhawker Soule is responsible for the most yawns.
  • To date, since his joining the Forum, @SalixIncendium 's fashion sense has caused 137 migraine headaches and 16 cases of temporary blindness.
  • @fantome profane 's knowledge of American politics has resulted in his being the only non-American on the Forum to be declared "guilty of committing treason against the United States" by the current occupant and the White House.
  • Each month, there are roughly 2,500 "likes" given out.*
  • @Hockeycowboy is the only Forum member who in his youth played professional ice hockey on horseback (Edmonton, of course).
  • @atanu is on record as the Forum member with the absolute fewest comments along the lines of "Depends on how you define ____________" with just under 200 such comments per year.
* Denotes a fact. Of course these days, unmarked statements also denote facts -- but in an alternate universe, just not this one.

You omitted one out of modesty.

@Sunstone 's questions caused 15 black holes due to the extreme weight of all the replies.

Personal fact:

As of this post, the word “communist” has been used in 11,217 posts on religious forums. Of those 826 can be attributed to myself (Laika), meaning I am responsible for 7.36% of all posts mentioning the word “communist” through RF’s history.

In 2015, the word “communist” was used in 1,275 posts, of which I am responsible for 310 (24.31%)
In 2016, it was used in 1,358 posts and I was responsible for 267 (19.66%)
In 2017, it was used in 1,532 posts and I was responsible for 233 (15.20%)

I was barely active for 2018, with only 4 mentions of the word communist out of 1,246. You’ll notice the figure is 286 less than previous years as a result of my absence on the site and is around the same number I would have contributed if I’d been active.

Put another way, I was basically talking to myself for 3 years. Go RF Commies! :D

It is official that I have won the trophy for being the last. Please ask those luckless, who have been striving hard for last 5-6 years to be the last poster, to now go home and rest.

So that explains why we are living in parallel universes and are trapped in time travel paradoxes which means nothing makes sense anymore!

Two issues not addressed:
-the need for a thumbs down, or "boo" icon
-who is the most savage and unnatural RFer

I've always thought that having both "likes" and "dislikes" would be an interesting idea, but each should be a separate tally rather than adding or subtracting from the same score.

What? Me worry?
It's also been noted that those who have posted on RF have died, or will die, of either natural or unnatural causes.

I can hardly wait to start "disliking" all me enemies here on RF.
Such was the mood in me old haunt, The History Channel Forum.
It is a not so fun fact that this would happen.

True, but that's the easy part. Proving they were actually living. breathing and THINKING people at the time they posted, on the other hand...
